This Platinum OCEAN VIEW, VILLA C336 – was recently renovated with a new bathroom and has new tile thru out the condo. You deserve a clean, beautiful villa when you are on vacation. All at an affordable price! This unit is located on the third floor in the "C" building, with a great view of the ocean and pool; and less than 60-yards to the beach.
Completely updated for my guests, all new appliances and furniture. Just updated kitchen with new granite counters and tiled backsplash in the kitchen. I have tried to make my newly redecorated condo comfy and cozy for you, so you can kick back and enjoy a great vacation!!
The villa is a one bedroom with a queen-size bed, new pottery barn duvet and a flat screen 21” TV. In the hall area there are built-in bunks for the kids. The living room has a queen-size, sleeper sofa, The condo also has a 32" FLATSCREEN TV, DVD, and Ipod/MP3 stereo. Free wireless high-speed internet also provided. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cookware and small appliances. This unit has a beautiful view from the balcony which has four swivel patio bar chairs with bistro tables.
For your convenience, four beach chairs and beach bags are also provided. The kitchen has also been well stocked with; salt, pepper, a variety of seasonings, condiments in the fridge, sugar, flour, cooking spray, coffee filters, glad wrap, and aluminum foil. There is also a library of DVD’s, books and games.
Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort boasts an outstanding, family-friendly complex with something for every vacationer. It has the largest oceanfront pool on Hilton Head Island; which includes a kiddy pool, ten lighted tennis courts, new playground, workout facility, and an oceanfront “Tikki Bar” (seasonal) for food and drinks. During the summer, the resort has a very well planned daily activity program for the children.
This mid-island location is an ideal location as you have easy access to everything on the island.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
I love the view from the balcony. Also, you are just a few steps to the beach and pool. During the summer there are a lot of activities for the kids.

We had a great time at this condo! I just recommended it to a friend for October. Can't really get closer to pool/beach than this condo, plus a great view from porch. I loved sitting there early evening. We really liked the decor and that it was all tile except the bedroom (easy to clean up sand!). We would definately go back.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Thanks for the wonderful accommodations, we had a terrific time. We enjoyed our morning walks along the beach and lounging by the pool during the afternoon. We loved the view. We will definitely plan a return trip in the future.

We just returned home from our vacation at Hilton Head. We absolutely enjoyed the condo we stayed in. It was wonderfully decorated and had an awesome view!! We look forward to returning next year!
