  The condo is as Described by owners. Everything was very comfortable. Beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Easy walk to the beach. Paul was very helpful with a small Problem we had with a leak under the sink. I would definitely recommend this condo. We had great meals at Coconuts and Florida seafood and surf. Be aware the first week in May the love bugs are out they are very annoying. Ron Jon's surf was good but on expensive side. Not much shopping unless you go to Merritt Island Mall. The pier is ok but not for younger kids. Not much to do for an 18 year old but very relaxing. The weather was great. Came home to 40's degree temp and 27 degrees this AM. Paul and Carol were super nice and accommodating. Thank you Paul and Carol for a beautiful kept up condo.

The Cocoa Beach and Greater Orlando Area offers a wide range of activities for just about every taste and interest, but they may not always be easy to discover. So we plan to make available additional information to our guests that will make it easier to find entertainment for everyone in their party.

  For our past two winter vacations we have rented this wonderful condo from owners Paul and Carol, and next winter will make three. The listing description and photos are absolutely accurate. The condo is perfectly clean, up to date, tastefully and comfortably furnished, spacious, has virtually everything you could need for your stay, and Carol and Paul respond immediately to any questions one has. The Spanish Main is meticulously maintained, is very quiet, and the residents are friendly. The building containing this condo is set closer to the beach than any others on this section of coastline, so the view from the balcony looking north or south is totally unobstructed allowing one to see for miles in both directions. Looking out the windows of the condo you sense you are almost at the water's edge. We appreciated the nearby amenities within walking distance including several restaurants, stores, the post office and a beautiful library just across the road. Cocoa beach also has lovely parks and a golf course only minutes from the condo. The beach here is clean, wide and soft with firm sand for walking or bike riding along the water's edge, yet quiet enough for surf fishing. Some of our favourite times were spent relaxing on the balcony watching beach activities, surfers, fishermen, sea birds, dolphins, fishing boats and cruise ships. If you are willing to arise early the sunrises are absolutely stunning. We feel very fortunate to have found this gem of a home away from home for our vacations, and without reservation highly recommend it. In addition you could not find more friendly and accommodating owners than Carol and Paul.

  Owner response: Guest's reviews just make our day! And the only thing that can be better is when guests return year after year. So building long term relationships with regularly returning, satisfied guests makes our efforts to meet their expectations all worthwhile. At each opportunity we maintain or upgrade our units to the level of comfort that our guests have come to expect. Sometimes keeping the photos up to date becomes a job in itself, to quickly reflect the many improvements we make. Yet, a beautiful and comfortable place to stay can sometimes become secondary to having a fantastic location right on the beach. We are happy to hear when our guests feel like we offer them both great accommodations and the best spot on the beach.

  The condo was just lovely. The photos are a very accurate depiction of the space and view, and it was well equipped with everything we needed or would have expected. It's location on the beach is perfect, the southern end unit ideal, and the balcony provided a great view (and wind block!) for us each morning and evening. While the weather didn't cooperate during our stay, we still found plenty of ways to relax at the condo and in the area. It was the perfect location to wrap up our vacation after spending the week at Disney with our 3 year old. The other owners/renters in the complex were very friendly and the overall complex was well maintained. We would definitely come back to stay again! Thanks Paul and Carol!

  Condo was great! Super view -- right on the beach. The pictures online are completely accurate. The beds were super comfy which was very important to us. The kitchen was great with awesome appliances and newly renovated. The condo was very clean and well equipped with beach chairs, towels, kids beach toys and linens. The washer and dryer made life very convenient. I would recommend this condo to anyone -- we loved it and had a great family vacation. Thanks Paul and Carol :)

  This condo had been updated and was very nice. Hurricane Sandy prevented our group from using the beach chairs, but this condo had everything we needed. Would highly recommend it!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This is our second stay at Spanish Main but the first time in this unit. The unit was better than described. It was modern, very very clean and all necessary kitchen/bedroom/bath items were provided. The rooms were tastefully decorated and the furniture/beds were very comfortable. The views from the bedroom/living room/balcony were fantastic. There were plenty of beach chairs, 2 large and 1 small umbrellas, 2 coolers, and several beach toys. Prior to the rental the owners responded to my questions quickly and the transaction went smoothly. Highly recommended! Carolyn: Thank you for renting us your condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

  Hi - we loved your place - very nicely decorated and obviously recently updated with great tile floors, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of room for our entire family. The location is ideal with a great view of the beach and easy beach access. We met great people who come here often, and my oldest learned to surf while here. Close enough to Orlando that we visited Sea World and also Aquatica water park. Our kids (13 and 11) had a blast and want to come back. For my husband and I, it was peaceful and relaxing. My only two suggestions - it would be great if you had a guest book to sign. We like to travel to different places and it's always fun to read about what others have experienced. We sometimes get great tips that way on things to do, restaurants to visit, etc. Also, we would have loved a blender - what's a vacation without frozen, blended "pool drinks"? :-) Oh - and lastly, my kids and some other folks saw a manatee in the ocean, swam right past them around the sandbar not too far out from the shore. How cool! All in all, great time and we couldn't have asked for more in the condo. Well done. Thanks for the memories!

  We spent our 1st anniversary on Cocoa Beach at the Spanish Main. This condo is exactly as described and more. Furniture is very comfortable and rooms are spacious. Balcony has a tremendous view of the ocean. This condo is ocean front. Close to many stores and resturants. Just steps from the beach. Pool is quite awesome. Owners are very good people to work with. Cape Canaveral just minutes away. We recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay at Cocoa Beach. Jeff & Laura

  This condo was just lovely! All the amenities were included - even a great selection of spices and a coffee grinder! The view was amazing and we so enjoyed the sunrise each morning right from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was very modern and the furniture was very tasteful. You can tell so much has been redone and remodeled! The location was also perfect - distanced from the crowds. Unfortunately, we didn't come across any great places to eat. Don't bother with Slow and Low BBQ. Barrier Jacks is fine if you are just looking for a burger and fries. Walkers Island Grill was just starting up business so their selection was limited and they were struggling to get on their feet, but I must say had the best caribbean jerk chicken I've eaten. This place is definitely a keeper on a small list of places we would visit again! Thanks Carol and Paul!

  Owner response: It makes our day to hear that our guests are looking forward to coming back again. We continue to look for improvements every week. (Today - a new knife set and glassware) We also enjoy trying the newest restaurants as they open up. Tonight we found a new organic take-out place that was a nice surprise and quite good. But the best place in the county (in our humble opinion) is still the Fat Snook and just a few miles away. Mona and John are the owners/chef and have been wowing us now for 5 years. And there are no signs of them slowing down. Sylvestros is close too and very good Italian and Alex at the Cafe Margo in Cocoa Village is like no other place in town!

  What a great place to relax and enjoy the beach! Beautiful surroundings and quiet area. Very clean inside and out. Enjoyed running on the beach and down the sidewalk feeling very safe and secure. Florida's Seafood restaurant is not to be missed! Owners have a real prize here! They have provided many amenities for a wonderful stay at the beach!

  Owner response: Cocoa Beach has been able to keep a very friendly and safe environment in sprite of its poplularity and that makes it easy to feel right at home. And now all the positive reviews have encouraged us to double our pleasure and acquire a second unit here in Spanish Main. It has a pool and ocean view and the remodeling will begin soon to make it as comfortable and romantic as #8 which so many have come to love.
