  We stayed at this wonderful condo with our two girls for ten days. We liked the sun, the beach and the relaxed atmosphere at Anna Maria Island. The beach is very close by and very quiet. Dolphins were swimming by, the temperature of the sea is great. This condo is spacious, well maintained, with a (very) full equipped kitchen. There's a lot of beach stuff to use (chairs, towels, sand toys, floats. The beds are very comfortable. The complex is very neat and clean. The pool is warm and there are enough chairs to relax. John really made a lot of effort to make sure that our stay would be wonderful, and it was!! There's only one disadvantage: we now know for sure that we have to come back.

  4th visit to Anna Maria, 3rd at this complex, 2nd with John. Fabulous location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Across the road from the beach but you are much closer than most Caribbean resorts, and what a great beach. You can walk fro hours. Parking is underneath the condo and easy access to Cortez road to go back to the mainland. The condo is clean and well appointed with everything you need, including comfortable beds. John, whom we met on this visit, is a pleasure to deal with and very concerned that everything is perfect - and it was.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway.

  We spent a week at Live Your Dream today and wish we were still there!! It was a great location and a very well-maintained condo that was comfortable for all of us. We had everything we needed and more. John is very helpful and wants to make your stay perfect. I would highly recommend this condo! We were there at the opening of the Summer Olympics and enjoyed watching them every evening on the great living room TV.

  This oceanview condo is absolutely amazing. Steps to the beach. John (the owner) sets the standard for great customer service. The condo was spotlessly clean and supplied with everything you could possibly need. It is nicely decorated and there was more than enough space for our family of 5. The beaches were not crowded and the gulf was warm and clear. The close proximity to Bridge St. and all the restaurants there was convenient. The price was more than reasonable. We had a great trip and we hope to return in the future for another great stay !!

  My family vacationed on Anna Maria Island during Easter break. We had a great time on the island, and we thoroughly enjoyed the condo. We had everything that we needed and felt very much "at home." John, the owner, responded very quickly to any of my questions and concerns, which eased any doubts that I had. His representation of the condo and island were dead on. Furthermore, he met us on our arrival and could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The pictures on this site are very accurate. The condo is nicely decorated, very clean, and the beach is just across the street. Even though it was a holiday weekend, the beach was not crowded at all and felt private. The weather was fantastic (80s and sunshine), and we had the pleasure of watching the dolphins swim each day and the sun set at night. We also had the incredible experience of a face to face meeting with a manatee. While a group of us were swimming and floating, a manatee swam right up to us and stayed for over 20 minutes. It was amazing! As far as location, the condo is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and pubs. When we chose to venture further away, we jumped on the trolley that stopped at the front of the building. My family will certainly return for another vacation and will stay at this condominium. We found an island paradise!

  This is our 6th trip to Anna Maria Island. We have vacationed all over Florida and this is our favorite spot. We especially enjoy Bradenton Beach where this particular condo is located. The property location is perfect, as the beach is located across the two lane street in front of the building....then just steps to the sand. The bay is located about one block's walk east of the building. You have the best of both worlds! When we arrived, everything was as described. The condo has been completely redecorated, is very modern and spacious. The kitchen is extrememly well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the living area has a huge leather sectional and a large flat screen TV (where we were able to watch our KY Wilcats win the NCAA title!! Go CATS!) The screened lanai is a nice bonus. You have gulf views from both the lanai as well as the balcony by the front entrance. The complex is just a block north of the Cortez bridge. This allows quick access (no traffic) when traveling back to the mainland. We enjoy going back over to the Red Barn Flea Market as well as the Outlet Mall in Ellenton. There are many restaurants within walking distance like Gulf Drive Cafe, Beach House, Beach Bistro, Oma's Pizza and several others. A few blocks south is Bridge Street with several beachy/artsy shops and a craft market that sets up each Sunday afternoon where you can buy from local artists. Wave runners, kayaks, and catamarans can be rented right on the beach. If you have a car, it is worth the trip to St. Armands Circle to eat at one of the outdoor restaurants and window shop at the many boutiques. Sarasota is just a little further and is also worth the look....especially the marina and Siesta Key. This is as close to paradise as I have ever been. I can't wait for my next visit to the island, and I would definitely stay here again. Thanks to The Little's for letting us use their "home away from home". Kim H.

  We stayed 3 weeks in this condo and it was a very nice experience. It was decorated very homey and my husband especially liked the big screen T.V. All the kitchen appliances were newly updated. The only negative, if it is even a negative, was the steps but we both felt like we needed the extra exercise so it wasn't too bad. The view from the porchs was spectacular and the closeness to the beach and pool was excellent. Very relaxing vacation.

  This was a real find. The condo is very clean, comfortable, up-to-date, with a beautiful view of the gulf. It has tile floors throughout, great appliances, comfortable beds, and beautiful leather furniture in the living room. The screened balcony has a great view of the sunsets over the gulf. We loved the location. We rarely used our car. The beach is right across the road. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building. Good restaurants, shops, a marina, and the historic Bridge Street Pier are all within easy walking distance. The owner was very accommodating. We are definitely coming back.

  Cannot say enough good about this condo, beach, location! My husband and I were looking for relaxation and we found it. This condo was immaculate and decorated very tastefully. We truly enjoyed the beautiful (and extremely) comfortable leather sectional right in front of a HUGE Big Screen TV. Very nice to come back to after a day on the beach. There is a road to cross, but the condo is still only steps from the sand. Fun Tiki Bar on beach. Bradenton Beach is possibly the most beautiful beach we've been to. We love this place and would definitely go back:) Owner is great to work with:)

  These accomadations were just beautiful! Rarely does a place live up to its description, Johns condo does this and more!! The place was fantastic and there was not a thing they did not provide for our convenience. John made the transaction smooth and comfortable, while staying in contact with us regulary to make sure everything went well and there was nothing we needed. Just steps from the beach and several great restaraunts. I love AMI and cannot wait to come again!! Thanks John!!

  What a nice vacation we had in Anna Maria Island Aug16Th-26Th-2011 ! This was our second trip to AMI and having stayed at one of the nicest buildings in Bradenton Beach the previous trip , we were not sure what to expect this time....but soon as first moments we stepped inside the place- we were happy and taken to it right away ! John has totally renovated his condo , it is nice and clean as new , spacious , comfortable and furnished with quality furniture ! The location is also excellent , you are in walking distance to a handful of unique and tasty restaurants , gift shops , the corner of small but charming & fun historic Bridge Street ! A short 15 minutes drive will take you right into the upscale and happening Armands Circle , and then the beautiful downtown of Sarasota can also be easily reached in within half an hour or less from the condo .By the end of our stay , we didn't just only like the condo , we LOVED it , because it is really a great beach condo ! It offers the feel of comfort and relaxing like it's your own home , and yet it is just steps from one of the best beaches in the US . We already think of our next visit and we would love to be able to book John's place again . Thank you John for providing everything that us renters would need at the condo , for a complete wonderful vacation.

The condo was convenient to everything. It is also well equipped with stainless steel appliances, the refrigerator dispenses crushed ice or ice cubes, a large screen TV in the living room and a flat screen in the bedroom and plenty of beach toys. We flew into Tampa Airport and did not know what to expect. Much of what we brought, we could have left at home. Don't bother to bring your beach towels, chairs or pails for the kids. It's already there for your use. John called us twice to see if we needed anything. All transactions went through flawless. The beach is soft like powder and you can have it basically to yourself until 10:30AM. My husband and I enjoyed that time the most. After 10:30, that's when people from the condos bring their umbrellas, chairs and towels to the beach. The sunsets are great. We took pictures of the sunset every night and will add the shells we collected around the frame. There are rental places for boats, kayaks, tours, CraigCat, jet skis, etc. We rented the CraigCat for four hours. It holds two people. We saw manatees and dolphins. We will definitely return. We stayed in the same complex last year, but John's condo has a better view and definitely nicer. The beach is just a short walk away. We brought our own beach chairs and umbrellas, but we could have saved the trouble. All of the beach equipment was up to our standards. No flimsy beach towels or broken beach chairs here. The kitchen was well equipped and the washer and dryer meant no laundry to do after the long trip home. We walked to several restaurants in the area and others on the island are just a short drive away. Every eating experience was good, our favorites being Duffy's, Rod & Reel Pier and Eat Here. John called to check on us and make sure we had every thing we needed. The down side is it's too far from home, the week goes by too quick and next year is a long time away. Recommended for: age 55+

  Review posted by Guest on another website This condo was very, very comfortable. The leather sofa was soft and cozy with a huge ottomon for stretching our legs -- large enough for all of us. We thought the mattresses on the beds were more comfortable than ours at home. The beds exceeded the comfort in some very expensive accommodations in hotels we have stayed at. The condo is very well laid out for privacy between the two bedrooms. The master bedroom suite was spacious. The kitchen was very functional and we had everything there that we needed to prepare some of our own meals, which was especially nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. John, the owner, was very attentive and checked in on us to make sure things were satisfactory for us. We appreciated that! As for Anna Maria Island, the water and the beach are beautiful. We loved our vacation. Recommended for: families with young children

  Our stay at AMI was wonderful. The Condo was in a awesome location and very clean. When we travel we usually drive everywhere and explore but here we walked everywhere. The resturants were all close and the beaches were beautiful and clean. This was a truely peaceful vacation. Our favorite places to eat were Bananna Cabanna (awesome), The Creperie and Big Alfs for ice cream. The only bad thing we could come up with was it took us two weeks to get our heads out of Paradise once we got home. John it was great that you had beach chairs, toys, towls and the umbrella. We couldn't pack those things and it was great they were available. Thanks for the wonderful week

  Great Condo, very clean and decorated nicely, WiFi is a great benefit. It has all the features you want for a comfortable stay and the amenities you need while on vacation including beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler. This is very helpful if you are flying in for your stay. Much better place to stay than a hotel, the washer/dryer are very nice with needing to wash the beach clothes. John was great and even called us a few times to make sure that we were comfortable and to see if we needed anything. The beach is beautiful and it only takes a minute to walk from the condo. The color of sunsets and the color of the gulf is amazing . The local restaurants are great and have very good food. We enjoyed: The Beachhouse, Banana Cabana and The Gathering Place (breakfast), plus all are a short walk from the condo. Also, The Waterfront on the north end of the island is excellent. Highly recommend Spice Island cruises for a sailing trip. Ed is a great captain and very knowledgable on the area. We will definitely come back to Anna Maria and stay at the same property. My wife wants to come back this fall!

  This is a lovely Condo just across the street from the White Sandy Beaches of Anna Maria Island. We had everything we needed for our weeks stay including all the Beach and Pool items you can't fit into your suitcase i.e. towels, floaties, umbrella just to mention a few. There are many Restaurants within walking distance The grocery store was a short drive as other trouristy shops. . We loved the Gathering Place for breakfast. Great pancakes. This condo is located on our favorite area on the island. We will definitely be back again and refer all our friends. Thank You for a lovely vacation. The owner was very accessable and answered all our questions promptly. Thank You.

  Let me start off by saying that this was my 1st time renting a condo through a website and I must say that John was extremely helpful in this manner. I was a little worried about the money exchange, however everything went as planned. John was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions /concerns regarding the condo. My family and I rented here and I do have to say it was quite comfortable with 5 of us there. There was plenty of room. The kitchen is tastefully renovated and thank goodness for the laundry facilities we definitely needed that as well. The condo is very clean and well taken care of. You will not be disappointed. All of the stores grocery, drug etc were very close by. However if you are looking for shopping at the bigger box stores they also are available as well and is a short drive to Bradenton. I wound have to recommend having dinner at the Beach House which is just up the street, and walking distance as well. The beach, well what can I say about the beach it was TOTALLY AMAZING!! Walk across the street and walk for miles on the white sandy beaches, enjoy picking up shells or just listen to the waves. We were there everyday, and afterward would head to the pool on site and enjoy a late afternoon swim. There were watertoys for the kids and chairs and umbrellas for your use to take to the beach which was a definite bonus. We even saw a dolphin swim by. Everything was clean and well taken care of, even outside. You must come to the beach you will definitely not be disappointed.

  condo was clean,nicely decorated. owner was in touch and considerate. towels,beach towels and chairs were availabe which is a big plus when flying in. There were also basics in condo like trash bags, and paper towels and coffee filters. No one wants to do a major shop on vaca so this was another plus. We were ther early March - pool is clean and heated. that was great.

  This condo has just been newly renovated and tastefully furnished. It is clean and fresh and located just across the street from a beautiful beach. Historic Bridge St. pier, shops, restaurants and mini-golf are a short walk away. Island Creperie was one of our favorites. The Gulf Dr Cafe/Tiki Bar is right on the beach diagonally across from the condo, and often has live local music in the afternoons/early evenings. You can walk on the beach for miles and watch the sun set from your balcony. Comfortable beds offered a good nights sleep. The owner was readily available to answer our questions. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. Great Island getaway.
