What a find - everything as described. The music playing when we arrived was a lovely touch. We really loved the house and being so close to Hollywood boulevard was wonderful. We walked all over even managing an early morning walk to the local cemetery. Scott was so helpful and kind - many thanks for your hospitality.

What a great house! Impeccably decorated and furnished! LOVE, LOVE, LOVED, our stay here...didn't want to leave! You can't beat the affordability of the house+parking & walking distance to everything in Hollywood! Comfortable beds, family style dining, fireplace (in December), safetly & comfort of a home instead of elevators and keycards at a hotel. Will definitely recommend! And hopefully be back....

We were a party of seven on our first trip to LA. Scott was our knight in shining armour when the accommodation we originally booked was not ready on our arrival. He picked us up with all our luggage and gave us the keys to this amazing house. He was very professional, exceedingly helpful and the house was extremely comfortable and spacious. The listing is accurately described and amenities were more than adequate. Location was ideal with great restaurants, Metro and Hollywood attractions well within walking distance. I would recommend this house to any group travellers. Perth Western Australia

Hilliard oriented us to this lovely craftsman house conveniently located to the red line and lots of entertainment and food. Everything was done tastefully in the house and the beds were comfortable. We had a good time exploring LA and taking a few of the Conservancy tours. We even had a BBQ one night inviting a friend over to enjoy this with us. Thanks for the great stay! We hope to return again.

This trip was a work trip but this accommodation made it feel like a holiday!! Pictures are absolutely spot on. Feels like home - but not someone elses! Bed and pillows extremely comfortable - slept soundly. Great situation - safe welcoming and spotless. Scott was professional and approachable but did not need to contact him after initial meeting as everything was in perfect order. Loved it. Had the Best burger with sweet potato fries 2 blocks away at the Bowery...small gastro pub and arc light cinema 5 mins walk - you have to go to the movies - this is Hollywood!

We had a very enjoyable weekend, thanks in great part to the homeowners, who are very informative and accommodating. We arrived to a beautifully set table, ready for a meal. The home has all of the accoutrements necessary for a lovely stay, from the comfortable beds and deep luxury towels to the well appointed kitchen (with high quality dishes, glassware, pots and pans). The craftsman interior is lovely as are the furnishings throughout. The bedrooms are very spacious and the open living area is a plus. The home is very conveniently located, with Trader Joe's and Whole Foods nearby. Griffith Park was an easy drive, and there are numerous restaurants withing walking and short driving distance. We will return!

we stayed for 5 days at this property but i would say that this is gorgeus! if you are 4 or 5 person for accomodition and you love Hollywood Which is only few minutes away from Kodak Theatre, you are going to fall in love to home. each details is considered very carefully and designed by excellent combination. you must be sure that you are going to find most beautiful details more than you see on the pics. so, now i stop saying more things because you should stay here and find them out by yourself. enjoy your every minutes here you are going to Hollywood. greetings from istanbul... halil Sezer

As soon as we made and enquiry we treated with great respect and promptness from the owners. This didn’t change through the whole process and out stay was made even more enjoyable through their consideration in how they have set up the property for guests. The home is warm and inviting and has all the modern and traditional conveniences and more. Beautifully furnished and set out for a family we are going to stay again as soon as possible! The location is another thing. This is the place to stay! Walk or catch the bus to everywhere you need to get to and the local shopping is great. See you soon (I hope!) Regards Tim
