This condo was beautiful, super clean, and comfortable. Each floor had a bath and each bedroom had a large TV. The air conditioner worked very well. The kitchen was well-equipped and had plenty of cabinet space. The back patio was decorated with plants ans had a nice wrought iron table and chairs. We spent most of our time out there. The pool was large, clean and very pretty. The beach was not far from the condo. Getting into Largo Mar was very easy and we liked that it had security gates. ll in all, our stay was GREAT!

Wonderful family vacation condo

We stayed at this condo for Spring Break and it was a perfect fit for our family. Steve and Angela are wonderful hosts-Angela welcomed us on our arrival and Steve called the next day to check on how things were. The condo is beautifully furnished, clean, and had plenty of space for our family of five. We liked that it had three floors and a bathroom on each floor too! It is a great place to stay if you are looking for a more quiet part of Panama City Beach, and we felt reassured by the security gates because we knew there wasn't going to be any "extra traffic" through the grounds. We loved the fact that we could drive up and park right outside the back of the condo, and walk through the slider on the front of the condo right to the pool or a little farther to the beach. The landscaping was nice too and we enjoyed the hot tub, shuffleboard, and observing the little gecko lizards! Our family had fun in the area mini-golfing, going out to eat at Schooner's, shopping at Pier Park, and ended our vacation with a sunset dolpin cruise on the Sea Screamer-what a blast! Beautiful Condo near the ocean

This is the second time we have stayed in this particular unit. It is a beautiful unit right beside the pool and the beach entrance. Largo mar has also updated their walk ways and scenery since last year. The owner and his wife contacted us while we were in their unit to make sure everything was to our liking. This is the first time I have ever had an owner show this much interest in making our vacation as enjoyable as possible. The two queen beds in the unit are very comfortable. The whole interior of the condo is beautiful. A special air conditioner is in the master suite to make sure you are at the temperature you want to be for a very restful night. The unit was as clean as I keep my own home. There is a dollar store across the street. You are within walking distance of two very nice restaurants. I will reserve this condo again on my next stay.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us! After reading other reviews, I expected it to be nice, but was blown away by how incredibly clean and well decorated it was. The owners really thought of everything. The beds are extremely comfortable and everything is high quality (shower heads, towels, sheets, furniture, washer, dryer, etc). Even the blow up mattress Steve left for us was extremely nice. With the beach and the pool just steps from the door, we couldn't have been happier with the location. It was easy to leave the beach to use the restroom or grab snacks and go right back. The complex was fairly small and quiet and the beach and pool were never packed with people. We were a little worried when a group of about 20 vest-wearing bikers showed up in the middle of the week. They came in revving their engines and yelling, but the security guard spoke to them immediately. We never even really noticed them coming or going after that. This was a last minute trip for us, and I was really impressed that Steve responded to my inquiry so quickly and made the whole process extremely simple. We could not have been happier with the condo and the owners! We will definitely be back! Tina Dallas,TX

My family and I thought this was a great condo. The owners are very nice. It is not but a few steps to the beach and pool. We loved that it was a bottom unit so there was no traveling up and down stairs with your beach things. The condo was also decorated nicely and it was clean. We have rented several different condos at Largo Mar but this condo was by far the best one yet. We will only rent this condo from now on.

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Steve and Angela's condo at Largo Mar #113. The condo is beautifully decorated, neat and clean. We stayed one week and didn't want to go home. Parking is right in front of the condo which made it very easy to carry our luggage and groceries in. The pool was wonderful! It is just outside the sliding glass doors from the living room. It was always clean and refreshing to get in. The beach is a very short walk from the condo which made it so easy to enjoy all day, and then come back later to watch the sunset without having to drive. We found the most amazing shells on the beach that we haven't seen at other Florida beaches! We were close to all the main attractions, but the condo seemed to be in a quieter area that we really enjoyed! We had some amazing food while visiting the area: Buddy's Seafood (takeout), Dee's Hangout, Captain Anderson's, Capt. Jack's Family Buffet, Pineapple Willy's, Scampy's, and one of my favorite ice creams...Dippin Dots. We enjoyed visiting Pier Park for shopping, and checking out Wonder Works! We would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. All the people that we talked to while there were extremely friendly and kind. Steve provided great customer service and was very quick to respond to any questions I had before making the reservations. We love the condo, the beach, the whole area! We will be back ;0)

Perfect place for families

This condo is perfect for family vacations. Steps to the beach, a nice pool, hot tub and quiet. The dollar general across the street helps if you need to buy stuff, it is a five minute walk. The "Schooners", a gorgeous place on the beach is a 15 minute walk on the beach or on a quite road. Food is excellent and you can see the sunset sitting on a beautiful porch on the beach. We have rented many condos on the gulf coast, but this one was the cleanest we have been in. They provided salt & pepper, coffee filters, small stuff that when you have it helps and you don't waste time going to the grocery. The owner was very helpful. One example: Since we have a 2- year old he left an air mattress for him to sleep on. We brought our own (smaller) air mattress but our 4 year old could sleep on it so his 6 year old sister wouldn't kick him out of the queen bed :-) The only bad thing about our stay was that we just stayed 4 nights. You can easily spend a week but we enjoyed every moment. We will definitely come back one day.

Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We had a wonderful trip and your condo was so very comfortable. You offered several unique touches that made it so homey. We would love to come back again. The ground floor access made it so nice with a toddler. The pool was so nice and convenient - everyone was so polite and made our stay that much more enjoyable. At your suggestion, we visited Dee's Hangout and Tacky Jack's two of the nights we were there. We will definitely visit them both again. Thanks for the great suggestions!

For the past 10 years or so,my family and I have have stayed at Largo Mar.For the most part of those years,we always used a local condo rental company to rent through.This year,i happend to find this amazing condo locally owned by and amazing couple.The McCreary`s made us feel more like family visting from out of town,other than renters passing through.Largo has always felt like home to me.My children were raised here.Every summer,for a week or less.We have called this part of Thomas Drive home.I can still see my son,sitting on the steps in the pool at three years old.To scared to leave the edge.They are growing up now.And while they enjoy the many older things to do in PCB.There is nothing like going home.Over the years,I have stayed in close to half of the two bedroom units that are actually availble to rent.I must admit.137 may very well be the nicest to stay in,we have had.Mrs Angela didnt leave anything out when it came to decorating.And those small items that I have thought the other units needed over the years.Like an additional AC upstairs,and lights on the steps of the stairs.Mr Steve had them too.Since I have got home.My wife wants a High-efficiency washing machine,and,I find myself looking for a inflatable air mattress like we had for the children provided in 137 for additional sleeping.I will defantly think of The McCreary`s for consideration in future trips to Panama City Beach.All the comforts of home,and a few extras.Provided by a couple nice enough,that you would not mind inviting over for a BBQ on the grill while your in town.Did I forget to mention the grill.....its nice!!

Went on a short vacation and stayed here, it was very nice, clean and quiet place. I was very pleased with the owners of this condo, they were very helpful and nice. I would recommend this condo to everyone who visits Panama City!

This condo was wonderful! It had everything we wanted, and then some! VERY clean and accomodating. Steve & Angela were great to rent from ~ I will definitely book this condo with them again. The pictures are exactly how the condo looks. The community is well maintained, quiet, and right on the beach. I highly recommend this condo. Worth every penny!!!

What a wonderful getaway for 2 couples who really needed some time to unwind! The owners Steve and Angela were sure to check in on us and see if we needed anything during our stay. The location of this condo is ideal , so close to many attractions and the beach access from the condo is superb and the pool and hot tub are great!! The unit is very spacious and clean. It is clear that the owners take pride in their investment, the small touches such as beautiful comfortable beds, and all the needed kithen appliances made our stay very pleasant. I recommend Pinapple Willies and Buckaloos for food and dancing and the Salt Lick Tavern for a great locals spot to have a beer and meet some very interesting local folks.I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing beach experience. Thanks to Steve and Angela for a wonderful vacation destination!

Our stay was wonderful and the condo was beautiful. The condo was spotless when we arrived and was equipped with everything we could have ever needed. The above pictures are exactly what it looks like. The owners could not have made this rental any easier, this was a last minute scheduling and they were very friendly and helpful. The communication was wonderful, before our arrival and after we left. I hope to stay here in the future.

My family's stay at Largo Mar was excellent! The condo is beautiful and well stocked with everything your family needs for a short or long stay. The location is awesome, with immediate access to the pool, which is directly located outside the living room patio doors, and a short walk to the beach. The condo is also close to shopping, restaurants and fun! The owners are very pleasant to communicate with and are readily available to answer questions and provide assistance to ensure a great stay. I highly recommend this place for family vacations!

What you see is EXACTLY what you get. Everything was just as printed in the ad along with the pictures. We had a wonderful vacation. Sitting on the patio which is only a few steps from the pool and watching my grandchildren swim was great, The beds were comfortable. The condo is located at the quiet end of PCB which is great not fighting all the daily traffic . We were overly pleased with this condo and would recommend it to any family planning a vacation at Panama City Beach.

This condo has very recently been completely remodeled and it is beautiful! The furniture is comfortable, beds are beautiful and comfortable, appliances are new and oh so clean!. Decorating and colors are beautiful (beach theme). Everything is immaculate. The owners obviously take personal pride in this condo. It is located only steps from the ocean. Our family had a great stay at Largo Mar! We have been traveling as a family for 16 years. We have never stayed at a condo that was as well stocked and well kept. It was so nice!!!! The kids had a great time going to the beach since it was so close to our back door. They were able to walk back and forth with no problem! I loved being able to sit on the back patio and be able to watch the kids while they were in the pool. We had a great time and would definitley stay at Largo Mar again on a return visit.

We have vacationed in Panama City Beach for over 15 years and Steve and Angela's unit at Largo Mar is by far our favorite place to stay. We love being able to park at the front door! No elevators or luggage carts to wait on. This unit is very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped and supplied well. The furnishings are beautiful and very comfortable and made our stay quite pleasant. Steve is very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed during our vacation. We are looking forward to many more vacations here.

A hidden gem in Panama City Beach!

Rarely does a picture do justice to a location but in this case-believe what you see and read on the website! We were amazed when we walked in and the condo was just as the pictures showed in the ad. The whole condo was immaculate and well-cared for. We just can't say enough about how perfect the location of the condo is in Panama City as well as the location to the beach. The easy, short walk to the beach and the pool right outside the door made it all perfect. The low-key relaxing atmosphere was just perfect for a real vacation. Everything we needed was in the condo too. Steve and Angela were ideal to work with from the beginning. They are honest people who sincerely offer a deal for a vacation!

A Great Home Away from Home in Panama City Beach

Devin and Myself have been going to Largo Mar for years, and I can honestly say we have found the best unit that we have stayed in with Steve and Angela. They take great care of their condo and make it very comfortable to stay there. They are very open and honest and the communication between us was great. All the questions I had were answered very quickly. I love the updates that they have provided on the grounds as in a new security system. We enjoyed the condo so much we are already planning for next year.

Spectacular Weekend getaway

Stayed at the condo during my little sisters graduation from Florida State University at the end of April 2011. The condo was spectacular, everything was in extraordinary condition. The beds were like sleeping on a big fluffy cloud, and even the air mattress was great. We had previously stayed at one of the big high rises in the area and the Lago Mar condo was infinitely better and more comfortable... no hauling your stuff down a 10 story parking garage and then taking an elevator to the 30th floor. You get to park right in front of the condo. If you need to go to the store or anything its easy, Also if you are like us where everybody is coming from a different location guest parking is easy if you have more then 1 car. The location was superb, it was close enough to the places we needed to go for groceries and what not but far enough where one could get a little bit of peace and quite (this weekend also just happened to be Panama Cities equivalent to Bike Week)... Publix is 10 minutes away and Wal-Mart is about the same distance the other way, there is also a Family Doller across the street when you just need something quick and don't really need to buy a whole bunch of stuff. The service we received from Steve and Angela was second to none. Communication was great, everything was straight forward, and they were a pleasure to deal with. We could not have asked for anything more. Thank You!

This was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in at Largo Mar. Newly renovated, with beautiful, comfortable furniture and nice appliances. Very clean and well- maintained. Definately a home away from home. Park right outside the kitchen door. No parking garage hassles or waiting for an elevator. Walk out the patio doors and the pool is within view. The beach is a few short steps away and there is a deck to watch the sunset from. We enjoyed our stay very much. The beaches were clean (no oil) and the ocean clear. We took our 7 year old son out on wave runners our last day and were joined by over a dozen dolphins playing all around us. We enjoyed walking down the beach in the afternoons for a cockail at Schooner's. but found that eating meals at Scampi's was better because they have great food prices. The McCreary's are wonderful to work with. We will definately look into staying here again and encourage anyone who's looking for a pefect place to stay in PCB to look into this unit. Home away from Home...at the McCreary's Condo

My rental expeince wtih Mr. and Mrs. McCreary was a very poitive one. My family decided to make last minute plans for the Labor Day Weekend and figured that it would be difficult to make arrangements at such a late date. Mr. and Mrs. McCreary were very helpful and accommodating in this attempt. He worked outside of his normal renting procedures to assist me with an arrival time and payment options. I had to make contact several times to confirm information. He was always very polite and helpful and never acted as if it was an inconvenience. Due to the fact that they live in the area, Mr. McCreary was able to meet us at the condo and review all information with us. He told us to feel free to contact him or his wife if we had any problems during our stay. The visit was truely a "home away from home" experience. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. It seemed that no expense was spared when choosing decorations or necessities for the unit. Closet and drawer space was more than adequate. The unit was clean and well kept. Much thought had gone in to the needs of renters. Things were labeled and user friendly directions were placed on each item that might require claification for use. We had no problems during our stay with anything within the unit. After we returned home, we realized that we had left a cell phone at the condo. The McCreary's were so kind in making sure that we got it back. They made phone calls, at their expense, to let us know when they would be shipping the phone to us. Mr. McCreary emailed me to let me know when he had shipped it and the arrival date that had been given. He would not accept any reimbursement for the cost of shipping. Within a couple of days of departure, I had my deposit amount in hand. It was one of the easiest times that I have ever had renting... especially considering it was last minute. I would highly recommend renting from this lovely couple and staying at their beautiful condo!!!

This unit exceeded our expectations! It was more like a home than a vacation condo. Very nicely furnished and plenty of room! Walk out the back and you are at the pool, so it was a perfect way for me to sit and watch my grandchildren swim without being in the sun; then the beach was just a short distance further. No elevators and parking in front, what a pleasure! With the bedrooms on different levels it offered everyone plenty of room and privacy. We had 12, 5, and a 3 week old there and we never had to ask the older children to be quiet!! Try Scampi's Seafood just down the street for a wonderful meal! The owners have been a pleasure to work with, no rental agency. We will definitely return.

Mini Vacation Getaway

Nice condo, recently remodeled, new everything, tv, furniture, appliances, etc. Beach very short walk. Several beach houses east of the property which means very few people on that part of the beach. Good seashell hunting. Shopping very close if you forget anything. Property is as described. Made plans at the last minute and owners were very good to work with through email.

We really enjoyed the stay at your condo. It was very spacious for the family, clean, and just how you described it. It was also the perfect distance from the beach and close to many attractions. They kids also really enjoyed the pool. We felt like we were at home here. The week just flew by way too fast. We would definately stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
