This NON-smoking apartment has a 42' HD flat screen tv with expanded cable, air conditioning, high speed internet access, recessed lighting with dimmers, nice furniture, full-equipped kitchen, hardwood floors, queen-size bed in the bedroom, plus a futon foldout (double). Linens are provided as well.

Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful apartment. My sister and I brought our 8 year olds to NY for their first trip and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The restaurant recommendations were great and everything you need is close by the apartment.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was the first time i ever booked an apt and i was a little nervous since we were going with a couple who had never been to NYC. The apartment was spacious enough for four and the garden gazebo gave the feel of another room. It was lovely to come back to this lovely, clean apt with its beautiful garden at the end of a day of taking in the sights. A/C worked as we had a few very hot days.Walking distance to subway,grocery, bars and restaurants. Ron was very easy to deal with and ans. all questions promptly. He also privides a great deal of tourist info as well. We would most certainly stay again.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: I live this apartment half the time, so it is kept up very well. I am gone about half the time to my home in Cape May... and so I share it with others who want to come and enjoy NYC at its best.
