WALDEN ON LAKE CONROE Corner unit with wrap around balcony and awesome view of the lake. You can dock your boat at the condo slips for easy access. Kids can have fun fishing from the dock area. Complex has its own pool. There is also a pool available at the Walden Yacht Club. The Walden Marina is within walking distance where boats and jet skis are available for rent. Unit has lots of space (approximately 1800 sq ft) and has stairs, not spiral staircase, to extra bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and a gas grill is available on the balcony for renter’s use. Wireless internet and cable are available.
Walden on Lake Conroe is a Golf and Tennis Resort. There are numerous tennis courts at the fitness center and tennis pros are available for lessons. The golf course is known as one of the best in the area. The newly renovated Yacht Club is a great place for dinner. There are also several other restaurants available in Walden and the surrounding area.
Historic Montgomery is just a few miles away with antique shops, wineries, and great restaurants. The Woodlands and Old Town Spring are within a short driving distance.
The complex is a quiet, residential area so loud parties are not permitted. We cannot rent to anyone under 25 years of age.

About the owner: We fell in love with the relaxing atmosphere of Walden and the beautiful water view from the condo balcony. There are several tennis players in our family and they can always find a match at the courts. Lake Conroe has so much to offer – boating, tennis, swimming, and golfing. We live close by and enjoy spending a few days in Walden when possible.
