Mr and Mrs Wright were very helpful and we met them as we were arriving. This property looks just like the pictures and worked very well. I brought my sister and her husband who enjoyed the master suite, their grandson had a twin bedroom, my daughter and her friend had the twin bedroom at the front of the house and I had the bedroom with full size bedroom (does not have a tv). Open floor plan was really nice. Pool area is large enough to accommodate 6 people nicely. House is walking distance to grocery store, pharmacy, bank, and restaurants. Sierra key beach is 10 minute drive and house has beach umbrellas and chairs. House does not have a garbage disposal which to me was only downfall of home and this might be typical of septic tank rental homes. We are hoping to return soon.

We spent a lovely vacation in this villa, & hated to leave.The wonderfully equipped home was large enough for our 2 famillies, & a small bed for our son Connor was provided.The quiet residential area is great for walking & near by shops/restaurants. Spent so much time enjoying the heated pool, & teaching our son to swim.

The best villa we have stayed at for privacy in Sarasota, not overlooked at all.The description was very accurate in every way. Loved the heated pool, close to Siesta Key Beach, stores, restaurants. Great vacation.

We, a family of five plus two, found the house and the surroundings perfect for our needs. The house feels lika a home and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We can really recommend this house to anyone who wants a clean, nice house with a beautiful private pool located in a calm neighborhood close to both restaurants, shops and beaches.

Peter and Brenda are terrific people who really care that you enjoy your stay.Their beautiful home is immaclulate and generously supplied. Great locatiion with every amenity you need for a relaxing vacation even if you don't go to nearby Siesta Key (number one beach in the world! )It was wonderful meeting Brenda. Bob and Maggie

Extremely clean and attractive Villa. Enjoyed the pool and spa. Close to shopping, and a short drive to the beach. Everything was provided. Owners very attentive. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here. Have stayed in many homes in Sarasota area, and this was the best by far.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Very well appointed and beautifully decorated. A real 'home from home'. Very comfortable and spotlessly clean and well located near local shops but away from any main roads, so nice quiet location. We found a very useful and comprehensive welcome pack from owners who were extremely helpful in all aspects of the booking. We'd have no hesitation in recommending this home to anyone looking for a relaxed holiday and hope to return again.

This villa made our vacation, clean and tastefully decorated and in an ideal location. The pool and garden are lovely and private with various birds and wildlife coming to visit during our stay. Plenty of space for the 2 couple to have their own areas with the split living layout of the villa.

The property was presented in exemplary condition as are all the rentals we have used from this owner. It is a comfortable house in a most pleasant location. The house is well appointed, spacious and easy to find. It is close to shops, restaurants, the beach and many terrific golf courses. It is a short drive to downtown Sarasota and conveniently near to the Interstate for those who wish to travel further into Florida. The owners live reasonably close by and have always been welcoming and helpful. We have been using the owner's properties for over ten years now and have never had difficulties. We will definitely rent this propert again.

We had a great time at your villa, pool & spa so inviting, Dad loved the BBQ, & after we put the children to bed, loved watching the sun go down with a glass of wine.Everything provided we nothing we missed, just like our home.

Another superb holiday.This was our second visit to this house and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.Everything needed for a perfect home from home with the added benefit of lovely beaches and 3 weeks of hot sunshine!!! Very impressed with prompt attention from the owner on Easter Sunday to get the Internet working(thank you). Also very swift return of our security deposit. Make sure to visit beautiful Siesta Key beach and village. Sarasota Mall is 2 miles down the road so plenty of shopping opportunities !!!

Villa was great, loads of room, open plan kitchen and lounge so great for socialising All clean and well looked after. Loved the area, need a car to see all the sights, absolutely beautiful coastline, great restaurants So we're booking again next year, can't wait

This was my first time staying at this home. It exceeded my expectations. Great location, close to everything. Home is a great size for a large group but you wouldn't feel lost if a smaller group. Property is well supplied for all your needs. I will return again next year.
