Emil Cottage was featured in Coastal Living Magazine and is truly one of America's coastal masterpieces. It was a memorable stop on St. Simons Island's prestigious Tour of Homes and was also showcased on HGTV. From its Charleston side porch entry to a working Wurlitzer juke box on the main floor, you'll find surprises everywhere you look. But don't be fooled by the visual feast. Emil is teeming with casual comfort as well. The first floor features three generously appointed guest bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The second floor is an open plan with gourmet kitchen, large central dining area and living room with hand crafted shell fireplace. The third floor master suite pampers you with stunning views, sitting area with wet bar, large private bath with terrazzo Jacuzzi tub and the most eye-wakening shower you have ever seen!
There's plenty of outside space too with roomy porches and decks on every level, including the roof where you get a 360 degree panorama of ocean, marsh and sky. The views are magnificent inside and out at Emil Cottage!
Located in award winning Coast Cottages at St. Simons, Emil guests enjoy privileges at the neighborhood's fabulous pools and pavilion with a boardwalk leading to St. Simons' widest stretch of sand. You can walk the beach here at high tide, low tide ... any tide! (Note: vacation rentals south of Arnold Road cannot make this claim.)

My wife and I stayed at the Emil Cottage over our 1 year anniversary! I must say, the home was fantastic!! The location was perfect, right off the beach, walking/biking distance to food and just a hop to the downtown shops. The cottage was DEFINITELY the focal point of our trip and we enjoyed every bit of it. Do yourself a favor and book the Emil Cottage, you won't regret it!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our visit to St. Simons. It was our first time. Our stay at Emil Cottage was really nice. The furnishings and decor were really nice and the rooftop view was AMAZING!! Great for sunrise and sunset. The whol Coast Cottage complex was very nice. We will definitely be back. The size of the cottage was great for my kids and some of the friends that came along for a great week.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.

My extended family stayed at the property for a week. The house is distinctively decorated and spacious. It is a two-minute walk to the beach with two swiming pools. The best part of our stay was the excellent services and assistance Patrick Anderson & Associates provided. They are very responsive and willing to help at any time.
