  Having just returned to snow and cold weather after a great month at Lorraine's condo at Oceanwalk, we wish that we were back. We found Lorraine great to work with - very friendly, helpful and interested in ensuring that we had a good vacation at her place. The location within Oceanwalk is perfect - half way to each of the clubhouses where the pools/activites/gyms are located and with easy access to the path to the ocean. The unit is very clean, well equipped with very good appliances, lots of dishes and untensils, loads of towels and bedding and all the beds are very comfortable. Our grandchildren enjoyed the beach toys that were provided and we all enjoyed the large flat screen T.V. with a full range of channels and NETFLIX. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck off the master bedroom, enjoying the afternoon sun and some spectacular sunsets over the mangroves. The Oceanwalk property is very well maintained, safe and has good security. Thanks again Lorraine for your thoughtfulness and being so helpful. We will return.

  This was the first time we used vrbo.com for renting a vacation home. We were naturally nervous about working with homeowners directly versus renting through a company, but I have to say, working with Lorraine was the best experience ever. She was always available in the months prior to our trip and very flexible. I was unable to meet her at the condo at checkin, so she happily met my friend who was also staying with us. She made us feel right at home, and the condo was so well stocked, it was like being at home. All the ameneties were in great shape and very clean! It comfortably held two adults and five children, with room for more. The location was wonderful, right by the pools and not far from the beach. Next time we go, we will happily schedule directly with Lorraine as we know we will get quality service, and a great place for a good price! Thanks again Lorraine!!

  I have stayed in New Smyrna Beach many times. This beach is the best beach!! This is the second time at Ocean Walk and the first time staying in Lorraine's condo! And this will not be the last time! Lorraine was wonderful to work with. She was an excellent hostess and made you feel like you were a guest in her home,not just someone renting a condo for vacation. I have stayed at many many condos and have never felt so at home as I did staying in her condo. She met us there and showed us around and made sure we were okay with everything. She allowed us to use her beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. Her condo was plentiful with towels and linens and all the necessary items to be at home. The condo was nicely decorated and very very clean. The balcony has a wonderful of the ocean. The kids enjoyed having access to NetFlix. There a closet full of board games. I believe there was a video game system but the kids were busy enjoying the other pleasures of the condo and the complex. The beach access is great. All around the complex, it was super clean. Ocean Walk is a great place to stay and this unit that Lorraine has is perfect. We have found our home at the beach and intend to always book Lorraine's unit when we come to New Smyrna Beach.

  We truly enjoyed staying in this condo. My sister, my kids, and I stayed here during fall break and we had the best time. It is exactly as described. It is so beautiful and clean. The ocean theme was such a nice touch. My daughter and I just loved the fish bedroom, plus it even had plenty of games and toys in the closet! Lorraine is absolutely amazing. She met us at the door and gave us our keys and a tour of the condo. She makes you feel more like a guest instead of a tenant. It was definitely home away from home. We had everything we needed. We wished we were staying longer...we didn't want to leave! I have stayed in other condos before, and this was my second stay at Oceanwalk, and this one is definitely the best! We are planning on staying in this condo every time we come back to New Smyrna Beach! Thank you again, Lorraine, for making this an amazing, wonderful, and worry-free vacation for me and my family. See you again next year!

  The condominium was very spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. We went for Labor Day Weekend 2012 and we enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend it for a family getaway.

  My family had a great time in this condo. Probably the best location in Oceanwalk. The view was great and the condo had everything we needed. Including hairdryers. The condo was huge and the beds were very comfortable. Right between the two pools and a very short walk to the beach. We hated to leave. The owner was amazing to work with and always went out of her way to be helpful. Thanks again for letting us use your condo. If we come back this way we will absolutely contact you. As for weather, don't let some rain deter you from exploring. We went down the street to the National Seashore, about 15 mins away, and it was beautiful and sunny. The whole time we were there it was storming at the condo. Really, in Florida if it is raining try driving about 15 minutes and the weather may change. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. I would definitely recommend this condo for your vacation.

  Condo was extremely cozy and had everything from beach towels to colanders! The location was awesome. It was between both pools and close to the beach access. The owner was super friendly and returned some forgotten items immediately. I would stay in this condo again.

  Our family and our friends had a fantastic time at this condo! The condo was clean and very spacious. There was even a closet of toys that the kids loved! The Netflix was an added bonus for movies at night. The 2 pools were fun! We enjoyed the one with the waterfall each day. The walk to the beach was simple - we went to the beach every morning for a few hours. Weather was great, condo was great - great week! Thanks for allowing us to rent your condo! Would definitly come again.

  My stay in this property was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. It was easy to book and every single one of my needs was met. Lorraine was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured my stay was perfect. The unit was spotless and included everything I needed to feel right at home. I loved the fact that I could cook and that everything I needed was already waiting for me. There are plenty of pots, pans, and utensils to use. The community is very clean, very quiet, and absolutely beautiful. I was able to relax and enjoy myself the entire time! I can't wait to go back!!!

  This was our 3rd stay at Oceanwalk and we loved the location of this unit the best so far. We were able to see the ocean as well as our kids playing on the tennis and basketball courts from the unit. The walk to the beach was minimal. We loved the unit. It was spacious and clean and had everything we needed and then some. Lorraine was a wonderful hostess and made sure all of our needs were met. It was a wonderful week and we cannot wait to get back. We will definitely look into renting this unit again next time.
