This luxury three bedroom condominium has spectacular views of the entire bay from every room! High end furnishings, granite kitchen countertop, marble bath countertops, double pane glass shower doors, decorator accessories make this one of the nicest condominiums in the entire complex. Located in the preferred North side of the Central tower (away from the noise of the Barcelo on the south), you get dazzling views all day long and incredible sunsets at the end of each wonderful day. Enjoy a cocktail on your expansive terrace overlooking the beach and Pacific ocean any time of the day, or during the evening. Comfortable sleeping accommodations for eight adults in the three bedrooms, with a queen size air mattress available for additional bed (maximum capacity is eight adults). Each bedroom has its own 'ensuite' bathroom. There are two twin beds in the first bedroom, two doubles in the second bedroom, and a King Bed in the Master. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you might need or want for meal preparation (has a four burner gas stove and oven).
This condo is not rented on a regular basis since the owners spend so much time enjoying it themselves, but, if you are fortunate enough to be able to rent it for your vacation, you will truly be experiencing the best of the best. Please try to book well in advance as this one is in great demand.

We found this condo to be perfectly located to shopping, restaurants, golfing and the beach! Stayed with two other couples and found the condo to be spacious for all. Enjoyed the balcony every day and evening, playing cards, games and rel;axing. The swimming pools were great and so was the on site restaurant. Wish we were back there now! Big thanks to Craig Rochlis of IZ Properties for their assistance from booking this lovely property to meeting us and giving us the tour.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

We stayed in this condo from 1/28/12 to 2/4/12. We (my husband and I) picked the highest card out of the deck of cards and won the master bedroom for the week. The other two couples we travelled with had no complaints with their bedrooms, as all are beautifully decorated and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the wonderful deck overlooking the ocean and pools. We especially appreciated it being north facing. We felt cool even though it was very warm in the sun. The guys golfed four times and the gulf course was within walking distance. Many, many great restaurants and shops right across the street. The locations was so convenient to everything. Thanks to Craig at IZ Properties, renting it was easy. Craig met us to take the tour before handing us over the keys. We are back home now, but wish we were still there.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities.

My wife and I along with another couple and my sister-in-law stayed here the week of Nov 25 thru Dec 2. Craig from IZ properties met us at the complex and gave us a tour of the condo. The condo was very clean, well furnished and has updated furniture and a nice flat screen TV. The views are to die for. It faces north so no setting sun and thus keeps it cooler. We had a great time and we were always looking forward to getting back to the condo because it was such a nice place. Beds were comfortable and the couch and chairs were nice also. We had Margarita and her sister come right to our condo one night and cook for us and it was one of the best meals we had down there. The food was fresh, cooked right in front of you and served hot. It was delicious! Highly recommend Margarita and her sister. Price was very reasonable. 700 Pesos for the two of them or around $53.00 US. for 7 people (another couple joined us for dinner). You have to provide $$$ for the food. Everyone in the family really enjoyed the time at the condo and Ixtapa. Everyone commented on how clean and nice the condo was. Would definitely recommend this condo and we look forward to returning as soon as we can. Pictures don't do it justice. You have to go!! I enjoyed a great vacation in the condo which was beautifully decorated with all of the amenities and panoramic views from all rooms and from the very large deck overlooking the pool and Las Palmas beach. I highly recommend this property to everyone!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers.

About the owner: Mike has worked as a corporate attorney in Minneapolis for 40 years. He and Laurie have 4 adult children. They spend summers at a lake home in Minnesota. They enjoy golf, fishing, boating, biking and hiking.....all activites done in Ixtapa as well.

We love the spacious 2000+ square foot condo with the three bedrooms and living room fourth walls being floor to ceiling glass patio doors. Every room has a gorgeous view. The kitchen is a separate room with a door.
