About: We are a professional couple living in Atlanta, GA, and are co-owners of this property with my brother, who is a physician in Denver. We both have large families, with 8 kids between us, and are not able to visit Puerto Vallarta as often as we would like. This is the first year that we have decided to open our home to discerning vacation renters.

Playas Gemelas is in the perfect location, with easy access to town, yet, the atmosphere is peaceful and unhurried - a perfectly private little slice of paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo: Since previously our parents lived in PV several months out of the year, this condo is appointed and equipped as a home, not a rental unit. You will not find bare cupboards and a few utensils here. Most everything you will need is provided. There are locally owned supermarkets and fish vendors in town, and WalMart and Costco out by the airport. The fresh seafood is not to be missed! For some quick, basic items there is a small grocery in the Girasol building across the beach - yes, they carry beer, wine and tequila. If you are not interested in cooking, there are many wonderful restaurants within easy reach.
