IF YOU LIKE very reasonably priced ocean front accommodation with all the important amenities in a beautiful tropical garden like setting, this is it. Islander is a peaceful, secluded hideaway located on Kauai's wonderful Coconut Coastline, right in the heart of the charming little town of Kapaa. It is situated on 6 acres of beautiful tropical landscaped grounds, which overlook a long nearly deserted stretch of white sandy beach with majestic views of the mightly Pacific.
Islander On The Beach is on the east coast of Kauai and only 7 minutes from the Lihue Airport. It is centrally located on Kauai with convenient access to popular beaches, attractions and activities on both sides of the Garden Island. Islander is just across the street from the Coconut Marketplace Mall (variety of dining and shopping) and within walking distance of Waipouli Mall (Safeway, Longs Drugstore, etc.) Costco, Walmart, Macys, K-Mart, Home Depot, etc. are only a short drive away.
The Plantation style low rise beach front condotels surround a large pool and hot tub/spa (with loungers, thatched huts, umbrellas, etc.), ocean front public BBQ/Grill area and lively pool side bar. Other amenities include free WiFi in the Hawaiian style open air lobby, free parking, Tour Booking Agency in the lobby, coined laundromat, ice machines located throughout the resort, etc.
This end garden/ocean view unit on the first floor has a private covered lanai. It is a non-smoking, air conditioned unit which has under gone renovation to offer charming island inspired teak furniture, travertine stone flooring throughout, cable TV, in room safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, etc. The unit features two comfy double beds with upgraded linens. The kitchenette area has a granite countertop, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender and other small appliance essentials. The private covered lanai has a Polynesian style patio table and chair to enjoy outdoor dining. This condo is also equipped with XL fluffy beach towels, chairs, beach mats, boogie boards, cooler, snorkel gear, etc. We have tried to think of everything, to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. AND best of all, this cute condo is just steps from the beach!
FYI, we have another IOB property listed on VRBO at #294840. This is a second floor balcony unit with a garden/partial ocean view off the lanai. Amenities, lay out and pricing are the same in both units.

About the owner: My family and i have been coming to Kauai for the last few years and fell in love with the island. We have travelled to many nice places but the first time we came to Kauai we knew this was where we wanted to vacation.
