  We stayed at the house for a week with five adults and five children. It was very comfortable, beautifully and simply decorated. It has a nice dock leading out to the beach and a small swimming pool that is nice to be able to lounge at. The pool is not heated but was very clean. The hot tub was working and nice to enjoy after our long days. Arranging everything with the owners was smooth. We very much enjoyed this location. No one was on the beach in this area which made it nice to enjoy a morning walk or run on the beach and to enjoy ourselves in the late afternoons while the children swam. There was a large amount of seaweed washed up on the shore but nothing that kept us from enjoying ourselves. I would highly recommend this property. Everything was also kept in good repair. We replaced a few light bulbs in one of the bedrooms because some were burned out but that was the only thing that required attention. It is about 35 minutes from the airport.

  This is a great house. We stayed for an extended weekend with family for a fishing trip. The house is bigger and better than the pictures. The upstairs kitchen offers excellent views of the gulf. There are large patios upstairs and downstairs and both large bedrooms upstairs have access to patios. There were 10 in our group and we had tons of room. Two living areas made it easy for the guys to watch the ball game while the girls did whatever they do. Overall excellent house, not one complaint.

  Just finished a weekend at the Addison bailey with my mom and aunts. House was everything and more than we expected. Thanks to Dana I was the hero of the weekend for finding such a wonderful place to stay!! They has done a beautiful job of decorating and none of us wanted to leave!! I am already looking forward to finding another excuse to rent this house again and hopefully soon!!

  I was part of the cousins weekend the beginning of march and we had a fantastic time! This was mine and my husbands 2nd time to stay here. Its paradise! The Addison Bailey is all u will talk about the rest of the summer. The house comes equipt with everything u can imagine even games and cards! The owner is awesome and is very welcoming to his guests! the only bad part was the weekend had to end! I would live in that house if I could! Cant wait to go back and make more memories! Thank u so much for all u do! See u soon!

  This house is so nice. We recently had a cousins weekend here and really enjoyed it. Great location!!! The owner is a really nice gentleman and we Will definately will stay here again!!!

  We had our first annual family cousin reunion at the Addison Bailey, this was best time, the hoyse wad awsome and had plenty of room for everyone (20 people) its very clean. And the owner was very good to us, our trip for deep sea fishing got canceled due high winds, so to be able to fish we had to cjange our fishing trip fron saturday to sunday so the owner let us check out late(8pm) This was the first of many happy returns to this wonder vacation home for our family! And to the owner, Thank You for everthing without you our trip would not have been possible.

  We had our first family reunion in Corpus Christi and stayed at the Addison Bailey for four nights. There is so much to say about this place. It is AWESOME! Immediately, my husband said "I could live here"! The whole place is custom designed & decorated tastefully. I have rented beach homes for years. I've stayed in many nice ones, but this place is the best. Dana, the owner, was great to deal with. Thank you! Shirley

  What a beautiful modern and clean house, we enjoyed our week stay; kitchen was very well equipped everyone slept comfortably. The kitchen is on the second floor which made it diffulcult for my 90 year old mother to climb the stairs, but persistance on her part paid off. Highly recommned the golf cart to transport items and kids to the beach and back. We are already making plans for next year. I totally recommend the Addison Bailey house.

  We had a wonderful time/stay at your wonderful beach home> Everything worked fine and our entire family had a great time. The place was nicely furnished, had a wonderful kitchen, and there was plenty of room. We spent allot of time on the upper balcony and the upstairs living and kitchen areas. We enjoyed the beach and next time will rent the golf cart. We talked about making this an annual event, and look forward to staying at the "Addison Bailey" again in the future.
