Free Wireless 6.0 Internet service through Comcast in condo. Refurbished 3BR, 3 BA. sleep up to 10 people. Fully furnished Kitchen w/all appliances, 4 TV's (In each BR & Greatroom), 3 VCR's and 4 DVD players, stereo system. There are three queen beds, one king bed, and one queen sleeper sofa. No stairs, ground level,one patio overlooks 9 hole, par three golf course... Hombre Golf Course is nearby. Has front and back patios with patio furniture.
Eleven total pools, (7)Heated pools in cooler weather, four hot tubs, lagoon pool overlooking beach, golf, tennis, basketball court, exercise facilities, convention center, Ocean's Bar & Grill Restaurant next to the Lagoon Pool is open year round with eating inside and outside overlooking the gulf, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Plus Edgie's Gifts, Ice Cream, Starbucks coffee and Pizza Hut Pizza. Room service upon request. All linens are provided, EXCEPT BEACH TOWELS. Kitchen equipped w/side by side refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, can opener, toaster oven, 4 slice toaster, cooking utensils, gas grill on the patio, washer & dryer. Front & back patios, tram pick up to the beach every 18 minutes or it's only a five minute walk to the lagoon pool, spas and private white sandy beach. Five private pools are located at the golf villas (heated in the cooler months). Directly across the street (you can walk literally across the street)are many restaurants: Montego Bay, Sweet Basil, Waffle House, Kitchen's Ice Cream, Mexican Restaurant, Roy's Hamburger & Hotdog Shop, CeCe's Pizza, Fireflies (an upscale Restaurant) and Subway Shop. The Shoppes at Edgewater, across the street, also has men and women clothing shops and other attractions, i.e. Thunder Alley...bowling, skating, games. Pier Park just 3 miles west offers a 16 Movie Theater, shops, Target, Panera Bread, Long Horn Restaurant, Jimmy Buffett's Margaretteville, Back Porch, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Red Brick Pizza, 5 Guys, Red Robin, Cantina Mexican and more. A miniture golf course and amusement facilities are across the street from our condo. New Publix Grocery, Dunkin Donuts, TGI Fridays, Chick-Fil-A is next to Home Depot two streets over, Sonic is located directly behind our condo. Water park is one block from the condo going West.. Bone Fish and Just Another Broken Egg Restaurants are in the adjoining complex...Grand Panama.
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Require $250 Deposit at time reservation is made.
* We cannot rent to Spring Breakers.
Two weeks prior to renting, require full rental payment in order to give time (Cashier's Check Required)
to mail keys and gate passes in time to arrive before your departure.
* Cleaning fee is $100.00. If you stay a week or longer, we pay the cleaning fee.
* Add Florida Hotel Tax (12.5%)to the daily/weekly rates.

As you know this is the second time this year we have rented your condo, and we look forward to staying there again. The condo was BEAUTIFUL!!! We have been staying at the golf villas for about 7 years now, and yours was the most beautifully and tastefully decorated to date! We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to next year. My sister and her family stayed in one near us---it was a mess (filthy and smelled), so we were glad to have such a georgeous condo to eat our meals in together.Did you find this review helpful? About the owner: Hi, I am Gaile Osburn, a wife, mother of two daughters, grandmother of 5 grandchildren...3 boys and 2 girls from 12 yrs to 19 yrs. I sell real estate in the Nashville, TN area. I live in Brentwood, Tn about 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. We also have two sons-in-law and two step grandchildren. My husband, Herschel, and I enjoy our condo at Edgewater Beach Resort and we know you will also. Our grandchildren love the tennis, shuffleboard, golf course, pools, hottubs, Oceans Bar & Grill Restaurant. Our whole family is spoiled with all the amenities that Edgewater Beach Resort offers over any other complex. The Shoppes of Edgewater across the street have many restaurants & entertainment. Our family walks to Thunder Alley & bowl, play games, skate, eat hamburgers, crab claws, visit the Waffle House, Montego Bay Restaurant, Sweet Basil, Mexican restaurant, Subway, Ice Cream Shop and Fireflies...an upscale restaurant. A miniture golf course is across the street. Everyone loves to go to Pier Park just three miles West toward Destin. There are so many restaurants, lots of shopping, 16 Grand Movie Theatre, a train for kids, The Miracle Strip rides for children located across the street from the movie theatre, a trolly that will transport you to the Park. The pier is now open on the gulf across from the mall and you can fish off the pier. The new airport is now open and is only 15 minutes away. Shell Island is near, Gulf World, the Zoo, Rippley's, deep sea fishing. Panama City Beach has so much to offer and we all love our many times that we get to visit each year.
Why the Owner Chose Edgewater Beach Resort:
We wanted something on or near the beach. Having a resort that offers more amenities than any other resort in Northern Florida was very attractive. We have a conference center, fitness facility, tennis courts, 9 hole, par 3 golf course, shuffleboard, basketball court, 11 pools. There are heated pools in the winter months, 4 hottubs, a restaurant...Oceans Bar & Grill on the gulf that offers a wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus room service. There is a gift shop, Pizza Hut Pizza, Starbucks coffee, hair salon. There are two movie rental machines at the main office. The gorgeous white sand on the beach is beautiful, the azure water is breathtaking. You won't want to leave and when you do, you will want to return year after year.
