Salt Air is a spectacular gulf front home with 3 living rooms, 6 bedrooms, and 8 baths. A wonderful beach home to make your lasting vacation memories. Enjoy the spacious decks and beach front pool deck with BBQ grill! Salt Air encompasses two homes (main and guest) with a sprawling 7,288 square feet there is enough room for the whole family to spread out! This is as good as it gets!
Main House:
First Level - Massive Kitchen with gulf views, Main Living room with gulf view and balcony access, Dining room with gulf view and balcony access, Full Laundry Room, Bunk bedroom with a set of twin bunks and a full bathroom. Additional Living room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and full bathroom with dual access from the hallway ( this room can be closed off - easily used as a 7th bedroom but not advertised as such!)
Second Floor: King suite with full bathroom, King suite with full bathroom, Master suite takes up the entire south side of the second level. The master has a private living room, luxurious oversized bathroom and a private balcony!
Third Floor: Game room loft with queen sleeper sofa, pool table, full bathroom and private balcony. (this room does not have a door - again easily used as an 8th bedroom but not advertised as such)
Carriage House:
First Floor: Screened in porch, 3 car garage
Second Floor: Kitchenette with dining area and living space, King suite with full bathroom, one more king suite with full bathroom

The staff that I have dealt with (Alex, Luke, Chris, and Barbara) have all been extremely helpful. Always courteous, they never made me feel like I was bothering them. Very customer service focused.
