Our spacious and cozy condo in desirable Phase V (one of the best locations in Mammoth!) is a single story bottom level inviting retreat and perfect for 2 families, 1348 sq. ft., with 2 master suites on opposite ends of condo each with private baths, both with queen size beds. Brand new couch set in living room was added as of May 2011, with queen size sleeper for extra sleeping space. Kitchen is newly stocked and fully equipped for great meals indoors. NEW 42" HDMI TV & DVD player in living room as well as TV's in each room. Free WiFi provided.
After a hard day of skiing, riding, fishing, golfing, hiking or just plain having fun in the great outdoors, enjoy the open ceiling spa, perfect for stargazing, count the many shooting stars as you unwind and relax, which is literally steps from our condo.
What no room for your sleds? No worries, our condo has plenty! enjoy a great sledding hill with the kids just a few steps from our place. You literally have a huge area for your own personal playground. Snowcreek V sits on a large open meadow on one side and Golf Course on the other, this makes for great sledding, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowman building or having fun with your kids. And lets not forget golfing and great hiking areas during the summer. All within your backyard.... how awesome is that!
Have a little one and the stroller didn’t fit? We have 2! a B.O.B jogger the SUV's of Strollers, take this out for a great day of hiking....Rainbow Falls anyone? or take the Maclaren umbrella stroller around the town..

We have been married for 25 years, have 3 boys and a Moose (our golden who is the best boy ever) we all enjoy the great outdoors and everything it has to offer. We have been coming to Mammoth for over 20 years and absolutely love it. We have enjoyed many great memories here. Being in Mammoth is such an awesome feeling; we never want to go home. Mammoth has always been our home away from home.

We've been coming to Mammoth for over 20 years and usually stay in town. This time another couple was joining us so we decided to rent a condo instead. This was the perfect place for us. It has two master bedroom suites which is very unusual, affording privacy to both couples. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and the owners have provided everything you'll need to be comfortable. There is ample parking right in front of the condo, and the hot tub is directly across the street. We look forward to staying at this lovely retreat again next year.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your condo. It's clean, roomy, very nicely decorated...after our daily outings, it sure was nice to "come home" to such a comfy, cozy and welcoming place. We would love to rent from you again next year and we would definitely recommend you to family and friends. : )

We loved renting your condo. We had our breakfast on the deck, each morning and enjoyed the majestic view. The condo was so well-equipped and spotless! We liked the decorating and cabin feel, as well. We would truly enjoy renting from you again!

We come up to Mammoth every year for years now and we usually find a condo to stay somewhere. This was by far my favorite location to date! First of all, I don't ski and either does my Husband. We just want a place for us to play in the snow and hang out. Snow Creek has the best sledding hill around. It's huge, people were snowboarding on it yesterday! Since Snow Creek is built on a golf course, you have tons of hilly fields to play on. The view is incredible too! This cabin was one of the few here that has an incredible view of Mammoth Mountain and the ski slopes. Not to mention you are directly across the street from the Jacuzzi! I love how the owners put a giant framed map of the slopes on one wall and when you look out the window you can figure out which slopes you are looking at! Next time I stay hear I am bringing my telescope for sure! The cabin itself is very clean, spacious and decorated so nicely! Lot's of the rentals up here are out of date with grandma decor, but you can tell the people that own this condo must be young and have style. I know it sounds petty but when you spend most of your time hanging out at the cabin, like me, you care about how it looks. The carpet and furniture is clean and new. The place is totally spotless and I love that I don't have to go fetch firewood for the fireplace because it's gas burning. Also, having dual Master suites on opposite ends of the condo is nice if we come up with friends next time. They get 5 stars from me! Not only on their quick response time but also their service. We will be using this condo again for sure!!! ~ Amber from Brea

Anyone who's interested in getting up to Mammoth and having a great place should stay at this place. We have been looking for someplace a bit more personal (like our home away from home).We have stayed in "town" but much prefer the setting and views here (looking at the mountain!). We found this place and when we called to talk with the owners, we felt at ease right away.They seemed to genuinely want us to feel comfortable and enjoy all there is. They know the area really well and gave us some good useful information (dining, shopping, deals in town). This condo has some really nice views too (really pretty when the snow falls...). This unit itself is VERY clean. The furniture is nice and the living area is large enough to not get that crowded in feeling (you know the kind). The bedrooms are done in good taste and the bedding was nice and comfortable. The linens appeared to be almost brand new. We did use the kitchen and were very thankful it was a complete set up. The pictures we looked at on the site were on the mark but it was EVEN BETTER in person. Anyone whos looking for a nice place, this is it! We recommend it and we will definitely use this place again. Thanks to the owners for sharing! We enjoyed and will be back again this winter and summer! Also, there's sleds available for the kids. Maybe we will bring them next time! Great place to unwind (the spa is right there, very close).
