Located in Orlando's newest and most luxurious gated community, Emerald Island Resort!! This luxurious home includes an oversized, south facing pool and Jacuzzi spa with an extra large patio. A great way to relax after a long day at the parks!!
Included with this home are all the resort community features. These include an on-site management and concierge service, two community pools and spa, a tiki bar for drinks and snacks, volleyball, tennis court, cyber-cafe, play area, arcade, sauna, and nature trails for biking and picnics.
This luxurious resort is only three short miles from Walt Disney World, and there are shops, restaurants and supermarkets, all within walking distance.
The spacious and beautifully decorated living/dining room has a convertible queen sofa bed and a fully-equipped Entertainment system. This includes a large screen TV, DVD, VCR and Stereo system all for your entertainment pleasure. Leading from the living/dining room is the upgraded and fully-equipped kitchen, which includes a ceramic top range, side by side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave.
Along with a convenient breakfast bar with bar stools and separate breakfast nook for informal dining with a view of the pool. Everything has been thought of from the Mickey Mouse toaster and waffle iron to the blender for those frozen drinks by the pool. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located just off the kitchen area. If this isn't enough, the garage has been converted to a carpeted games room complete with a pool table, air hockey, Foosball, and TV and PS2. The games room also has a child size sofa and a table with bar stools for the grownups.
The home has four bedrooms that sleep up to ten people. The Master Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, and patio doors that lead directly to pool and Jacuzzi spa, Cable TV, private telephone, hair dryer. Master bathroom with separate shower, marble top counter with double sink. The second Master Bedroom also has a queen-size bed with cable TV and separate bath with all towels and hair dryer Two twin bedrooms each have two twin beds. Each room is specially designed for children, and includes Disney themed decor, Cable TV, DVD player and plenty of toys and games. The third bath has a separate shower/Tub and includes a hair dryer, and all bath and pool towels.

We rented the Tinkerbell 4bed/2bath home this past week for our disney vacation. With a group of 8 (four adults four children) we found we had plenty of room for all of us. Our little girls loved having the pink tinkerbell bedroom, and our boys loved the mickey room, but I think they loved the air hockey in the game room even more! We had never rented a home before, and I will definitely rent one again. The pool was great for the children to relax after long days at Disney, and the hottub was great for the parents to relax after getting the little ones to bed. I really appreciated all the Disney touches around the house. The house was very comfortable and clean, and we all hated to leave at the end of our stay.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed in Orlando about 3 weeks ago now and loved every minute of it. The home was perfect for our family with 3 teens. Everyone had their own room, 2 of the bedrooms were cutely themed, one with Mickey the other with Winnie the pooh. My girls loved their rooms. My 19 year old son had a big bed to himself and it was perfect. There is a gameroom with pool table and fooseball and airhockey. Everyone enjoyed it. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need all in Mickey. We cooked everyday and saved lots of money by not eating at the parks so much. The pool was private and heated with its own hot tub. We went to the parks in the morning came home at lunch to eat and swim and went back to the parks refreshed. The home was spotless and we loved every minute and would recommend it to everyone who askes us where to stay near Disney. Only a few minutes drive to all the Disney parks and about 20 mins to Seaworld and Universal. 2 minutes to the parkway with just about every restraunt you can think of, and convient to the grocery stores as well. The home is in a beautiful resort that is gated with a community pool, volleyball court, trails, game room, workout room and more. Jane was absolutely wonderful! We will definitly stay in her beautiful home again!

This was a great house! It was so relaxing- Disney in the am, home for rest and swim (the pool and hot tub were perfect temp even on chilly days) disney in the pm for fireworks. The game room was nice- everything worked ( the floor was carpeted too)- this kept the kids busy while not swimming. The owner was great to work with as well. I would definitely recommend these houses.
