This second floor 3 bedroom villa with golf course views is only a 3 minute walk to the beach and is right next to the 5 Star Sanctuary hotel. Enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing on the screened in porch listening to the sounds of the ocean.
This villa has been completely renovated and you are sure to enjoy the luxurious feel from the upgrades and attention to details including granite countertops, crown molding, hardwood floors, built in cabinets, and freshly painted walls in blue, green, and khaki colors.
The kitchen, with hard wood floors, all white appliances including a side by side refrigerator with freezer at the bottom, tile backsplash and large deep sink with windows looking into the screened porch, has everything you will need for preparing your vacation meals.
The dining area, with access to the screened in porch which has a table and seating for four, is off of the kitchen and the dining table has seating for six. This area opens to the main living area with lots of seating including a wicker sofa, love seat, and chair with ottoman where you can relax and enjoy the wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player over the mantle. The living room also offers built in cabinets and shelving with an IPod dock for listening to your favorite music.
There are two bedrooms located on the first floor. One bedroom has 2 full beds, TV with VHS player and a private bathroom with a black and white tile floor, a large shower with glass door, and a single sink and vanity area. The second downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, and private bathroom with black and white tile floor, single sink and vanity area, and a tub/shower combo.
The second floor of this villas has the master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, built in cabinets, a small balcony, and a private bathroom with black and white tile floor, a double sink, a tub with a large, separate glass shower, and private toilet.
This villa is also furnished with a washer and dryer. Free WiFi internet access available.
Kiawah Island is just 40 minutes from historic Charleston where you can enjoy incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina aquarium, IMAX Theater, romantic horse drawn carriage rides through historic districts, and sumptuous dining at many of the fine dining establishments in the city.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this Villa because of a conference we attended at The Sanctuary. We were located right next door and a short walk down the sidewalk. Great Location at half the price of the hotel at conference rate. I was concerned about two pieces of furniture; one with a broken leg and one with torn wicker trim. I reported both to the management company in hopes that these would be repaired for future guests. We loved our stay on Kiawah Island!! The villa is very nice and in the perfect location. We plan on returning next year.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
