You are looking at a 3500 Sq Ft log home that was built 10 years ago and with grown children we are looking for respectable renters who can appreciate, use and care for this home the way we have. It is an open floor plan with 2 bedrooms, a full bath and loft upstairs and a downstairs master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, gameroom, living room and a spacious kitchen and dining room.
We are located close to Bretton Woods, Loon, Waterville Valley and the view off our back porch are of the Northern slopes of Cannon Mountain. This is really a 4 season home with access activities ranging from skiing, tennis, hiking, horseback riding, soaring, biking and so much more.
The house is heated with radient heat and has a wood stove in the great room for those extra cold nights. We have plenty of board games, a fooseball table, massage chair and much more to ensure your stay is a relaxing one.

Why the Owner Chose Franconia:
We chose this location because of the view and it's proximity to all the things we love to do. It is a very quiet private neighborhhod located up on the mountainside overlooking Franconia Valley with Cannon, Mt. Lafayette, Garfield and Mt. Washington in the background. For activities you couldn't ask for a better location if you're an avid hiker or biker and you're less than an hour away from the base of Mt. Washington and all the trails surrounding it!
