The four of us consisting of 2 teenagers spent three days at this ranch and we cannot stop talking about how relaxing it was. The 600 acre property is just beautiful. Every morning we went fishing in one of the many ponds or the 15 acre lake and caught several catfish, perch, black crappie, and even a big mouth bass. My daughter caught her first, second, and third fish within an hour of arriving here. The cabin, Cajun Hideout, was more than enough accommodations for the four of us. I'd recommend no more than 8 personally. It was clean, the kitchen had every appliance and full size refrigerator for us to use. To be honest though, the porch was the best part. We pretty much spent most of our day lounging on the porch, watching the kids fish, the horses roam around the property, and even visiting with the ranch dogs. Taking a nap on the porch was easy to do too. My wife and son rode horses around the property and we highly recommend doing so for any guests. The horses are extremely tame and gentle. The town of Antlers is only about 4 miles away and has a fully stocked grocery store so supplies are never a problem. We definitely plan on going back again one day.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers.
