  I originally was suppose to come down with a group for a birthday get away, unfortunately a few guest canceled so I was bummed. But in fact it was all good because the house made up for everything! The view, location, owner, and the property itself were just AMAZING!!! Besides the fact that we did have to do minor cleaning and open up the place before we actually got to enjoy ourselves, the home was more then accommodating. It could use some updates in some areas but trust me, none of that matter when you sit back and check out the amenities. We woke up to the sun rise on the balcony and sat on the deck at night and played cards and listened to the waves.The owner, Mr. Lucio was very outgoing, helpful and and overall nice property owner. He was very prompt and polite with the email responses in answering questions and even his phone when we had a minor problem. In returning the security deposit, there was a mix up with the mailing and yet again Lucio was more then accommodating and concerned on getting it back to us. Even something we left behind. You would be so luck if you were renting this property. It will leave you with breathtaking views and such a memorial experience. Its worth more then any penny you could spend else where and it CERTAINLY beats ANY hotel.

  Owner response: The views from the balcony are spectacular. The accommodations are perfect for families or a large group up to 12 people . No need to rent 2 or 3 rooms in a hotel. All you need is right there in the unit including laundry facilities

  When I saw the pictures of Lucio's place I knew I had to have it. I came up here with 10 people, all couples and we were amazed. The place was very clean, had a lot of space and the bedrooms were even better. The view when you walk on the outdoor patio was amazing. I would sit out there every night and just listen to the ocean. Lucio was also great communicating. He was very quick to respond to all of my e-mails, and provided excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again if I ever got the chance. Thanks for everything Lucio!

  Owner response: This unit has breathtaking ocean views from all the main living/dining areas, even the kitchen! As well as the master bedroom. The second & third bedrooms offer panoramic bay views. Watch the sunrise from the ocean, then watch it set on the bay, all from this unit. Waiting for your inquiry....

  This was our first time staying at the sea watch and we were all very impressed with the location, condo, etc. The place was very clean which was impressive due to it being off season. The owner was so helpful and called several times to check up on us throughout our stay. I highly recommend this condo especially for large groups.

  We've been staying at the Sea Watch for 10 years and this was our first time renting a townhouse at the Sea Watch and booking directly with the owner rather than through a rental agency. I have to say it was extremely easy and Lucio was wonderful to talk with and was always prompt in responding either through email or phone. The unit is very well taken care of and clean. There was plenty of space for our family, everything was in working order - it was just a wonderful week and a wonderful family vacation! Thank you Lucio!

  Very nice unit, and we loved the Sea Watch, Owner was very nice to work with and was prompt with information and return of the security deposit. There were 10 people in the unit, plenty of room and the key pad instead of keys was the best thing ever. Thank you again Lucio.

  Owner response: Glad to hear how comfortable the large group was in our unit, it really is very spacious. The keyless entry eliminates the problem of lost or misplaced keys, and is easily reprogrammed for each tenant. As the owner, I strive to maintain the same level of personal service and attention to detail I expect when pursuing a vacation rental.

  We stayed last summer, July 2011, family of 10, and had a wonderfull vacation, the apartment is clean and spacious, very comfortable for our group Plenty of utensills and dishes in the kitchen. With tv in every room The view from the balconies are breathtaking. The kids loved the arcade and the swimming pools and everybody enjoy the beach, right in front of the building. I definitely will rent this unit again. I recomend it. Great for families
