The Walton Cottage (previously known as the Brown Cottage) is a 2 bedroom with bunk cottage located in the heart of the Rosemary Beach Community. Situated directly across from the Coquina Pool and one minute from sugar white sands, this compact house has all the conveniences!
The living/kitchen/dining area is perfect for entertaining. Flat panel TVs complement the living and bedrooms. There's a patio out the back door for al fresco dining. With a fully stocked kitchen, you are ready for entertaining.
The bedrooms are equipped with a king and a queen bed and there is a bunk in the upstairs landing. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs with an additional 1/2 bath downstairs. The master has a full length porch with a views of the Gulf!
If you never get totally away from the office, we have wireless internet access for your convenience.

Well appointed and spacious cottage! The location cannot be beat, being directly across the Cocquina pool and just several steps to the beach. It is also a couple of blocks from downtown eating and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We just returned from Rosemary Beach and highly recommend this adorable cottage! It is even cuter than the pictures here, beautifully appointed and in a great spot -- just across the sidewalk from a beautiful pool, a short walk to the beach one way and a short walk to the tennis courts in the opposite direction. We are sold on Rosemary Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Restaurant recommendations: Paradi in Rosemary Beach, Basmati's on 30A. Thanks to the helpful owner of this cottage for our great stay!

I could not have been more pleased with Brown Cottage! I visited with two girlfriends and the cottage was immaculate, roomy, and beautifully decorated. I did not know what to expect at Rosemary Beach and after a walk around the entire property soon realized I had found a cottage with the BEST location. We walked a block to the beach, right out the door to the pool and around the corner for the best wine bar and restaurants. We did not need bikes or cars. I did not realize there was so much construction at Rosemary Beach and was delighted to find out that our cottage was secluded from all noise. What a peaceful vacation! I highly recommend Brown Cottage and am sure you will love it too.
