I recently stayed in the "Haven at Hulett's Landing" and it was delightful. I would highly recommend this "get away". It was better than the pictures represented and I thought they were beautiful! The view is spectacular...fun to sit on either the deck out back or the balcony on the front of the cabin. It is so very cozy, quiet and serene. The owners are delightful and so kind and helpful from suggesting which restaurants to eat at to directions and places to go to in nearby Vermont. The cabin itself was very clean and attractively decorated complete with a beautiful hand-crafted Adirondack Queen size bed made by the owner. It is just as they advertised, they love this place and want you, their guests, to experience it and "fall in love" with Hulett's Landing and the Adirondacks like they have. They succeeded during my stay...their mission was accomplished! The boat tour of Lake George was a lovely way to learn of some of the history of the area as well as see and hear the stories about some of the homes, lodges on the lake.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

I took my 87 year old mother to this beautiful, breath-taking "corner of the world". The cabin lay-out was perfect and safe for her to maneuver. It is lovely and the pictures are good, but it is even better than what the photos captured. One of our favorite spots was the balcony outside the front door of the cabin. We drank our morning tea and coffee there each morning and soaked in the view for the day. There is also a lovely patio at the back of the cabin where the gas grill is located. This haven is equipped with everything you will need in your "home away from home." The description online was accurate and the cabin is immaculate and the grounds are very well-maintained. The owners are delightful; native to the area and very engaging and excited to share the area that they love so much! They also have many suggestions as to where to go to sightsee, restaurants with different views and price-ranges; there are pamphlets in the cabin with some of these nearby sightseeing venues as well. It is very private and you feel secluded but yet close to other wonderful sites in the area. It is a place to relax, re-fuel and experience respite from the daily grind. I would highly recommend this property to anyone...we hope to return; it was that much fun!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

Everything was perfect and your hospitality was above and beyond. I would highly recommend your cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing Adirondack getaway. Dear Sue and Bruce, I do not were to begin except your pictures and descriptions you not do justice to this wonderful bungalow. The week we spent was just what we needed to decompress and rekindle our marriage. We both have such busy lives and little time for R&R, but we will give ourselves at least one week a year at the Haven, maybe two. Your hospitality was above and beyond what we expected, it is so obvious you love living in Huletts. See you next year. Rates are $1000/week Saturday check-in after 3 p.m./ Saturday check-out before 10 a.m. Guests are charged a refundable security deposit of $500. A lease must be signed. All lessee(s) must be at least 25 years old. Rental season starts on May 28. Rental season ends October 22.
