We just loved our stay @ the Phoenix IV !! It was better than photos portray it for sure . The location of the condo was perfect just a quick flight of stairs no need to wait for the elevator. The fact that you have a gorgeous view right out of the patio doors just makes it, not to mention the master bedroom has the same view also with patio doors to access the good sized patio .We all loved the condos decor !! And cannot forget to mention how nice and clean everything was . We hope to go back again !!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We were very satisfied with the condo, its location in Phoenix IV, the amenities, and the cleanliness. It was perfect for us and our teenage granddaughters....handy to the pool and easy access to the Gulf. We definitely would recommend this unit if Orange Beach is your destination. This is one of the nicest properties that my wife and I have stayed in. Being on the first floor took the problems of an elevator out of the picture. All the furnishings were very nice and I would recommend this place to anyone. Look forward to staying here again. The owner was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this condo. It was beautiful, very clean, and had everything that you would need. Also I liked that it was located on the first floor. It made it very handy when going to the pool, beach, or when arriving and departing. The owners were friendly and easy to get in touch with if I had any questions or needed anything. We didn't think the view would be great from such a low floor, but it was gorgeous. No waiting on elevators, very eloquently decorated, and conveniently located. We will definitely return!Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was really, really nice. My cousin, husband and myself were there for 5 nights and enjoyed everything about the stay. I would highly reccommend the condo to anyone. The owner was very helpful and answered all my questions. We have been going to Gulf Shores for the last six years and always staying in the Phoenix Condos. This was by far, the nicest we have stayed in. There was great restaurants, Grocery stores and shopping nearby. We hope to be there again next year.Did you find this review helpful? Everything about this condo was absolutely perfect! From the location (both in Orange Beach, as well as in the building), to the decor, to the rental rate, we could not have been more pleased. The condo is equipped with everything you need, plus more! The extended balcony provides beautiful views of the beach, as well as overlooks the pool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Great place! Pretty spacious and clean. It is nicely decorated. Everything is beautiful. It has everything you might need for your stay. It has a washer and dryer that we did not use but it was great to have the option. Exactely what you see on the pictures. Love the view from the terrace. You can hear the waves. No need of taking an elevator when you come in. The indoor pool and the jacuzzi were great with the right temperature. The outdoor pool was still not that cold so we got there. The building was nice too. They even had a Christmas Tree in the common area. You won't be disappointed at all. I went with my two sons and we had a great time. There are three flat screen TVs. I really loved the place.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I and my parents just returned from a week in this condo. We have been traveling to Orange Beach a couple of times a year for the last 12 years and we all agreed that this is the best condo we have ever stayed in. Our reasons for these high marks: #1 Location! not only of the the building but also of the unit. Incredible convenience to the parking lot, down to the pool and beach (only 1 flight of stairs) and a great view of the ocean. #2 Well equipped....everything we needed and more. Plenty of great cookware, utensils, and dinnerware. #3 Very well furnished, lots of tile, beautiful (and comfortable) furniture. Loved the upgraded decor; granite, stainless appliances and more. We highly recommend this condo and hope to stay here again!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.
