My family and I visited Niagara Falls. We came from Aiken, South Carolina a very long ride bout 15 hours. And to be honest Perry is and was very helpful and if and when I needed anything he was just a phone call away. The house had everything that u need or what could have been needed was there. All the pictures listed on the web page are what you actually will see when u arrive. And yes the reviews from past guest are correct everything is in walking distance like the Maid of the Mist, and The Cave of the Wind two perfect spot to cool off. Perry invited my family and I downtown to the falls for the live band show and we had the pledger to have some of his shaved snow cones spoon licking good. lol :) Everyone had a wonderful time and the kids enjoy themselves. If you are ever in the Niagara Falls area this is the prefect home away from home. We came in late afternoon on our way to Maine. We did not have a lot of time and Debbie and Perry directed us to the falls and suggested dinner options. We walked everywhere, they in the heart of anything you would want to do at Niagara Falls. This is a beautiful place, peaceful and comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast but we heard we were missing the best part!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+.

Our family (10 adults, 3 tweens, 2 babies) rented the entire house for a week (April, 2011). The house and the OWNERS are AWESOME! There was lots of room for everyone to have their own space, plenty of HOT water for all the showers, televisions and x-box to keep the kiddos entertained. Full kitchen with all the amenities of home. The owners are in the process of remodeling/restoring this 1920's home. We were able to use the kitchen and the gas grill to cook and feed the family which kept our expenses down. The home was really great! The owners offered to come in about half-way through our stay to clean (we turned them down) and if we had any questions, problems, they responded promptly to our needs. We will definitely stay again if the need arises. Perry & Debbie, THANK YOU!!! You have a lovely home and I am sure when you all run it as a B & B - it is just as WONDERFUL! Thank you so very much!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.
