Our newest 4 Bedroom Penthouse is directly across from our other 4 Bedroom, they are almost identical, with the exception this apartment has 3 balconies. Just like it's sister apartment it has a wonderful view, yet quiet but 4 short blocks to Parque Lleras. This duplex has a superior view, it was completely remodeled into this 4 bedroom apartment. The penthouse has 5 Flat screen tv's. All rooms contain at least queen size beds with two having king beds. Every bedroom has its own safe and Ipod dock as well. 3 bedrooms have there own balconies. The living room contains a 42 inch samsung Plasma and a Panasonic Blu-ray, the master bedroom has it's own blu-ray. The apartment contains modern furniture and beautiful paintings. For your comfort there are 6 ceiling fans to keep everything cool. The apartment has a washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer, microwave, and toaster. Everything you would need is here plus 1 parking spot for your guests.
The apartment is 1640 SQFT duplex, it has 3 full bathrooms, the master bedroom and 3rd bedrooms contain king size beds and the other two bedrooms have the queen sized beds. The apartment has wi-fi and wireless phones.
This apartment has a twin we own across the hall perfect for when you need 8 bedrooms. Wedding parties have stayed here in the past and now it's perfect because the apartment was always needed but it was booked monthly. 3 out of 4 bedrooms have there own private balcony that look directly at the parc 10 hotel.

Why the Owner Chose Medellin
Because the weather is the best with the exception of the down pours I love Medellin year round. It's the only place in the world that have a people that have a 5 degree comfort level between freezing and being to hot for them. As a NY it's comical, to watch.
The Unique Benefits of this Apartment
We know what we are doing, we have the ability to really look after our guests that want this yet leave the other guests to do as they wish. We have a army of maids, a huge landcruiser with Ruben to get you from A to B. We have Laura and Jimmy who organize trips and outings. Where honest to deal with, and we find ourselves bending over backwards for our clients. Because when I'm on vacation that's what I want from the people I'm paying my hard earned money to. Hello Barry .... It was unbelievable, we had such a great time, my friends and I can´t say enough good things about your apartments. Ruben was a great host and everything was better than imagine. Easy and convinient and in the best spot of Medellin. We will be back and with a lot of joy. We are leaving Colombia in love with Medellin. Thank you, Andres Andres rented this and the other 4 bedroom across from parc 10 listed here.
