  Rating Details: I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. The property manager was very unhelpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time in this rental. This year it was not very clean, dust behind the couch, & on all the ceiling fans, mold on the shower curtain. Kitchen cabinets so crammed you were afraid to open them without pots, pans, & bowls falling out. Old type TV, where the sound didn't always work correctly. The couch bed mattress was in need of replacing & the cushions needed cleaning. I tried to contact the rental agent for some help but never heard back from them. Time for me to find a new unit.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my 8th stay at the Waiohuli Beach Hale in different units so the number indicates what a great place it is for a holiday. If you want a really fancy, large accommodation with an on-site restaurant it wouldn't be a good choice. Over the years I've made some good friends who return year after year. I've already reserved a spot at the W.B.H. for the next two years. I did have two problems early in the stay, both of which were solved very quickly. My complaints about the poor pillows resulted in a replacement within hours and the door key was worn thin by overuse and a locksmith immediately arrived to make a new one.........excellent service from my property management company.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location location location. This unit is in an unbeatable location. On the beach, close to stores and central to the Island. We enjoyed our stay immensely and saw most everything the island has to offer based out of this condo. The condo had everything needed to cook our own meals and also had items like a cooler, beach chairs, boogie board....all things I thought I would have to buy. We did quite a bit of visiting with friends that live on the island and the central location made it easy on them and us. I enjoyed walking to the beach each morning with my coffee and my wife enjoyed the pool right outside the unit. Never saw a bug in the unit. My wife and I both agree that the condo was one of the highlights of our stay and would definitely stay there again. To the owners of the condo....thanks!
