Enjoy one of the newest houses built on Bald Head Island. Completed in 2010, this house is the pinnacle of upscale design and modern living. Elevated on the dune ridge on South Beach, you can enjoy the ocean views on multiple levels of porches, screened porches and even a widow's walk atop this beautiful house. Entering this house, you will be warmly greeted with dark walnut floors that span the entire house. Utilizing a reversed floor plan, your guests will enjoy a very spacious living area adjacent to the kitchen and dining room. A large flat screen television is hung on the wall with multiple seating available in comfortable sofas and chairs. Relax and renew you spirit with your guests enjoying the large windows giving you a stunning view of South Beach. The only cooking utensil you will need is your cookbook while creating culinary masterpieces in this kitchen. Delightfully decorated and equipped with stainless appliances, granite countertops and custom European-style frameless cabinets, this kitchen also is fully equipped with cookware and dishware. Enjoy a cocktail while sitting at the island next to the built-in wine refrigerator. Across from the kitchen is a large dining room tastefully decorated with a large dining room table for eight people. Complete with a hanging chandelier, you can even enjoy the views without leaving the table. On the same floor as the kitchen is the gorgeous master bedroom both modern and welcoming to all guests. This bedroom is very spacious and has vaulted ceilings to maximize the space. From here you can view the ocean or watch television from bed on the flat screen television. The master bathroom is equally matched in décor with a custom tiled shower and his/her dual sinks.Downstairs enjoy more opportunities to relax and visit with guests in another sitting/entertainment area. There is plenty of seating on the sectional couch right across yet another large flat screen television. There are three bedrooms downstairs all comfortably furnished and each with ocean views. A second master bedroom has a private bathroom and even a desk. The other two bedrooms each have a bathroom located conveniently across the hallway, separated by the laundry room. Enjoy the outdoors on all three levels of this house. From the top widow's walk with panoramic views, to screened in porches on both lower levels, you will not be short of places to relax, sun and enjoy the views. A gas grill is located on the second level to grill up some steaks or hamburgers for a true summer experience. Just like the house, the golf carts are also brand new to take you around the island. There is a four passenger cart as well as a six passenger cart. Enjoy the Bald Head Island Club during your stay included in your rent (NO Golf access) or get a Shoals Club Membership for an additional fee.(Beds: 1K, 2Q, 2T one with a trundle)

Our family gathering at the Miller house was amazing. The house and it's views are stunning (every detail has obviously been attended to...even the kids games were great!), the beaches uncrowded and beautiful, and the island a small paradise.
