The master suite (located on the two top levels) is larger than the second bedroom (lowest level) and has a sitting area with a desk and loveseat. The master has a CA King bed on its own upper level surrounded by windows and a large screen TV. The lower 2nd bedroom is smaller and set up like an office/study with a small TV. It has a Therapeutic Foam 'lounge sofa' that converts into a full-sized bed. There is also a hidden 'office cubicle' for working on your laptop or just using as a desk that you can close off to hide faxes, copiers, etc. Second bedroom is better suited for occasional stays rather than full-time use as bedroom. Ideal as an office with good separation from master and living area.

This is a 14-unit building, only two floors, with property values listing today at $1.8. This home is one of a kind--not at all your typical rental, it's been our home--pride of ownership!

We are an older non-smoking couple who have a primary home in the Indian Wells area and wish to rent to a single professional or similar couple who will treat our beach home with care. Past tenants have been single professionals, professional couple, single retirees, celebrities, movie industry/entertainment industry professionals.

We have always lived in the Los Angeles area but now reside in Indian Wells, aka 'Palm Springs', California.
