  I haven`t actually stayed at this Property but t did help to paint it.Michelina is an amazing Building and where it is located is gob smacking.I recommend this would be a Holiday to remember and Bobs apt looks exceptional.I love the colours make the place look modern,spacious and well kept.Decor is real nice too.We may have met Bob when I was there Painting. When I next visit Cocoa Beach I will drop by and say hi to Ray and Marina to say hi..Steve

  We have spent the past 4 winters at this unit and are planning to return in 2012. The building itself is beautiful, the landscaping is very nice, and this unit appears exactly as shown in the pictures. The unit is spacious, 2600+ sq ft, which is great for us as we have frequent visits from members of our MA-based, large family. The Michelena is within about 1 hour from Orlando and its many attractions. The private,wooden walkway provides easy access to the beach which is great for long walks, bike rides, fishing and water activities. On some of those cool, windy, winter days the pool area serves as a nice alternative to the beach as it gets plenty of sun and is sheltered from the northeast breezes. We especially enjoy the balcony as it gets ample sun and shade, has a nice a view of the ocean, and can easily handle several people. We typically have most of our meals and drinks on the balcony. The owner is pleasant, eager to please and is always available if needed.

  Excellent property on an excellent location, direct located on Cocoa beach.We enjoyed our 5 weeks stay very much. The property was very luxury equiped, well-maintained and clean. More than sufficient towels, clothes, etc. available in the property. The owner was very polite and helpful. The property is only 1 hour away from all famous attractions in the Olando area. A perfect location for swimming, fishing, boatrental, biking, sunbathing at the beach, nice restaurants, etc. In the 15 times we spent our vacation in Florida, this was the best place to be. It's highly recommended by us and we will certainly return. Frits de Groot the Netherlands

  The photos did not accurately reflect how beautiful this unit was. Our family stayed three months. It was the best vacation we have ever had. There are restaurants we could walk to on and off the beach. It is a stone throw from the Cocoa Beach Pier which has two restaurants. The grocery store is across the street and easily accessible. There is the best nail salon across the street. The condo is well maintained; we loved the steam room and sauna. The owner had helpful information on local restaurants and left the unit stocked with everything we needed. We loved sleeping with the windows open and listening to the sound of the ocean without being too loud. The restaurants are amazing nearby and we found great bands playing at the pier on the weekends. We took surfing lessons and rented bikes. I would highly recommend an extensive stay at this property to anyone.
