  We absolutely loved the house and all of the amenitiies and the proximity to the beach. It was the perfect size for our family. The adults and kids were entertained all week. While we were there, we looked around at other houses that could potentially fit our family and this one appears to be the best value and the best layout. We loved having a code to get into the house versus worrying about keys and it also made it easier to arrive and depart. We will be back. The house was immaculate and exactly as pictured on-line. The one suggestion would be to play up the outside bar and sitting area. The pictures didn't do it justice. We spent most of our time watching tv in that area. It really sets itself apart from the other houses. Our experience with the rental group and the owner was outstanding. During our stay we realized the blender in the house wasn't working and they brought a new one the next day. Also, as to be expected, we had some unexpected company (palmetto bugs) and pest control was called immediately. I would highly recommend this property to a friend.

  The house was clean and beautifully furnished. Big enough for a large family of all ages. Two problems - (1) not enough serving and preparation bowls in the kitchen and (2) we had problems with the toilets in two of the bedrooms. The flapper would not stay down after flushing and the water would continue to run through the toilet until someone fixed it. One of the toilets leaked water to the extent that it leaked through the second floor into the living room below. We called the rental company and a technician came out and said he fixed it. However, the toilet continued to run water after flushing until we fixed the flapper. Despite this, we enjoyed the house.

  We just came back from a fantastic family vacation. The house is perfect for a large family or several couples. Location to beach was perfect although leaving the wonderful pool was sometimes hard to do. Biking in this location was great also. We even had a bad weather day and still had a blast with the unbelievable lower level that is covered. So much to do here that there just wasn't enough hours in a day. Our family is already trying to find a date to return next year!!!

  The home was "top notch" in every way. Worked perfectly for me and my wife, our three grown daughters with husbands and five grandkids. Fortunately we had beautiful, warm weather so we took full advantage of the beach and the house's pool, hot tub and open air bar area. The pool area is situated so that there is total privacy, and on windy days at the beach we could retreat to the pool where calmness reigned. The house site allows for private access to the beach path and you are there in seconds. Our week was over way too fast. So much to do, so little time.

  This was an excellent location in Hilton Head. We had our 4 grown children with respective spouses and 2 teenagers plus 5 children under 10 stay with us with plenty of room and lots of spaces for everyone to enjoy. The outdoor bar area is where we played and stayed most of the time, leaving the interior nice and clean and enjoyable. Lots of amenities and beautifully decorated made this our home away from home. The extra little touches were a true delight. Eveyrone loved the home and location and can't wait to go back.

  You will not be disappointed vacationing at this beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped home. Our large family spent one of the best beach vacations here in October ever! There is something for everyone, from the basement bar area, to the game chairs upstairs. It was a great place to be together and still have plenty of space. The house location is private,and yet only steps to the beach.

  We absolutely loved the house!! They had just about every amenity we could ask for! The downstairs was our favorite being able to watch the us open and wimbledon outside was amazing!! Location wise, it was perfect! We were able to get to the beach so easy, it was nice to have that option. Most places we have stayed at, even oceanfront, takes forever to get to the water. Thank you for renting it to us! We had a great time!

  This is a spectacular large home with great attention to detail. The location is great with private beach access. The amenities are second to none, there really is something for everyone. The home appeared to be brand new inside and out and very clean. Outside the pool and deck areas are spacious and private. Everyone will surely enjoy the outdoor kitchen/bar area by the pool. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great experience in a prominent Hilton Head community.
