This is a beautiful home. The furniture is really nice, the beds comfortable and the kitchen out fitted with everything you need. The home is real close to the airport, not far from Scottsdale and a Safeway (grocery store) is down the street. We were in Phoenix eight days for medical reasons so the house was also close to St. Joseph's and Children's Hospital. The younger kids also appreciated the neighborhood park and playground. I will stay here again when we come back in 6 months for a follow-up appointment.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

My family had a graduation gathering here, and it was a beautiful, modern place to host our guests. The price is a steal for such an updated home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

we came to phoenix looking to explore the city and do a bit of golfing. the house was in a great location for us to conveniently see much of the area. we played at the raven at south montain which was only about 10 minutes away. the legacy golf course is also right next to it. there were a ton of restaurants and convenience stores (walgreens, walmart, etc) within 2-3 blocks. we went to scottsdale, tempe and glendale and none were more than 15-25 minutes away. some guys even went down to one of the indian casinos; also only about 25 minutes away. we had 8 adults staying at the house and never felt cramped. the only downside was there was only 2 baths so made it tricky to balance shower time and hot water. the house is beautiful, clean and appears brand new on the inside. it was well stocked with kitchen equipment and appliances for cooking if desired. towels were provided and she even included some bottles of shampoo/conditioner, soaps and lotion like a resort suite. full size washer/dryer was great as we had some rainy day clothes during our stay and helped to launder the clothes immediately. deanna was great to work with, and was always prompt with replies either via email or phone. would gladly stay here again when visiting the phoenix area.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We chose this home for its beautiful style and its quiet and convenient location to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Phoenix and Tempe/ASU. Because we were specifically looking for a home near downtown Phoenix and Tempe it was important that the home be in a quiet location and could be remodeled and styled to the benefit of our guests, but still be close to freeways and the Airport for ourselves and family. And after looking for several months, we found it and more! It's fantastic to have a great, quiet home base for our family, friends and guests when flying in and out of Phoenix and visiting the Phoenix metro area. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
