  Three months later and we're still talking about the wonderful week we spent at Choppy's Heir! Once we arrived, we literally didn't have a reason to leave. We spent every day out on the water, either in the pool, fishing from the dock, jumping from the dock or playing on the beach. We brought a pontoon and jet skis and were able to explore the bay as well. The owners are very nice and take great pride in their home. The home and property are well maintained, very clean and really all you need to bring is food and your bathing suit. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

  Our family stayed at Choppys Heir in July 2011 and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious and very clean with all of the amenities anyone would need. Our kids enjoyed the beautiful pool and my husband and son especially enjoyed fishing off of the dock. We were able to put our kayak right into the bay in back of the house. The views were beautiful. Our children had a lot of fun swimming in the bay and jumping off the dock. The sunsets were gorgeous and the beautiful gulf beach was a very short walk from the house. The owners are great people who really cared about our stay. We would definitely rent this house again.

  We vacationed here in July, and the screened in pool was an absolute delight! We spent a lot of time fishing off the dock and crabbing. The sunsets are unbelievable! The elevator is a huge plus for bringing in luggage and groceries. The bedrooms are very large and the home has a wonderful spacious living/dining area. Our kids say this was their best vacation yet- and it takes a lot to impress teenagers. The owners were very accomodating, and even called to check on us when they were on vacation themselves. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here and hope to return in the future!

  We have had the pleasure of staying at Choppys Heir on multiple occasions and truly can't write a review that will captivate the beauty of this place. My family LOVES this spectacular get-a-way and we have had some of our fondness memories there. My children are always excited to hear we are going to St. George Island and staying at Choppys Heir. The view is spectacular and it feels like home. It has always been exceptionally clean, maintained well, and the amenities and convenience can't be beat. It's truly paradise! The owners are a pleasure to work with as well.

  SPECTACULAR!!!! Let me tell you that we have been doing Summer vacations for many years with family and kids and have ALWAYS stayed on the beach side of St. George. We came in July and wanted to give a try to this house because of what we saw in the pics. After talking with LB, I was sold!!! Personable and caring is a trait that does not stand out as much as before. These guys are great to deal with, LB and his wife checked us in and EVEN called me during my stay just to see how things were.DID I MENTION THE HOUSE!!!!!! BIG, OPEN, and AIRY....everything needed for a big family like ours. We had a beach right out back of our house even on the bay side....caught fish on the dock, made fresh crab cakes from the crab traps provided, swam in the pool, watched some of the best sunsets around right from the dock, smoked tuna and oysters on the grill, deep fried shrimp and crab boil outside with the gas burners provided, had drinks under the TIKI Hut's.....I could go on and on!!! GREAT place to R/R...WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR!!!!!

  We stayed here for 10 days in June of 2011 and had a wonderful time. The property is fantastic and the sunsets are phenomenal!!! We enjoyed the pool, bay, beach area, and had a great time catching lot's of fish from the dock. We would definitely stay here again!!! Renting from LB and Terri was also a great experience they are truly honest and genuine people that I would rent from again. We have rented homes or condos for vacations for many years and dealing with these owners was far better than any management company I have dealt with in the past.

  We had 2 families, 4 Adults & 7 Children, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house is divided up so the kids can stay on 1 level and the adults on the other. We brought 2 fishing boats & 1 jet ski and had plenty of room on the floating dock & boat hoist. There was also room for the trailers on the property and the boat launch is only 10 minutes away. The adults fished like crazy and caught large reds, pompano and mackerel. The cut to the Gulf is about a 15 minute ride away. There is a fish cleaning station on the pier and power. We found an oyster bed 200 yards from the house in knee to waist deep water. We enjoyed oyster's every night. We rented the kids a golf cart and they loved roaming to and from the beach and ice cream shops. The house is wonderful with a great view of big bay water and beautiful sunsets. The owners are super nice and genuinely wish you the best vacation. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a lot of diversity and things to do.

  We LOVE Choppy's Heir and stay every chance we can! It is absolutely the best of the beach world--the beach, the bay, the pool, private dock to fish and swim! All the bedrooms have king beds with private bath & beautiful balcony views. The kitchen and living area is spacious--Choppy's Heir is always clean and has readily available anything you could possibly need. The elevator is a big plus. You can enjoy the breeze, beautiful sunrise & sunset from any place in the home--it is a most relaxing, perfect getaway!

  We have had the privilege of staying at Choppy's Heir on a couple of occasions. Without a doubt its one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. It has all you need to make your vacation a breeze. Whether you have a family with small children or you are looking for a quiet place to relax at the beach Choppy's Heir will quickly become a family tradition. I can't think of a place I'd rather stay in at the beach. You will not be disappointed!!

  We have stayed at Choppy's Heir on two different occasions and could not think of a better place for our family. Our children love swimming in the pool; playing on the beach just out the back door and swimming and fishing off the dock. If you are looking for a place for your family vacation or a place to relax by the water with a cup of coffee in your hand, Choppy's Heir is the place for you. There are memories waiting to be made for you and your family at Choppy's Heir!
