It is situated in Manzanillo towards the west end of Manzanillo Bay with a close view to your right of Las Hadas and Marina where the movie '10' was filmed.To your left you'll view old town Manzanillo and an area called Las Brisas.
Entertaining pelicans frequent the area and often soar above the building.
The bay is always changing with views of freighters waiting to get into port, cruise ships visiting regularily,local fishermen bringing in their catch,and often whales and dolphins playing and feeding---always activity of some kind to watch from your deck.
This condo is located on the 2nd floor up from the pool area.
The pool is an infinity pool with spacious poolside lounging.The beach out front is beautiful,golden sand that stetches for miles.It is great for walking or running and is not crowded.The swimming water temperature is a perfect 80 degrees most days.
The condo is walking distance to a variety of good restaurants,modern shopping,cinemas and frequent good bus service is available for longer distances.
We also have a rental car,appropriately insured for visitors to Mexico--a 4 door 2006 Nissan/ automatic

Our four week stay at Paraiso Azul from mid October to mid November was absolutely fabulous. I have recommended this property to countless friends. The owners were most helpful in familiarizing us with local amenities and entertainment. The suite is perfect with lots of room and has an extensive outdoor living space, which with the design brings the expanse of the open pacific into every day life. The perfect vacation spot without the pressures of all-inclusive. Relaxing on the balcony or wading through the surf this location offers privacy normally unobtainable at this price. Special thanks to the owners and helpful staff for their kind and generous hospitality. :)Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

As we wind up our three week stay in this beautiful condo, we are enjoying once again the sunrise from one of the verandas! You will not be disappointed in this well equipped home for your ocean front stay. The pictures that are provided cannot do justice to the fabulous views, and the beautiful accommodations. All that you need is right here. Cooking in the casa is fun and easy with three grocery stores within walking distance. And when you prefer to go out to dinner, many wonderful and reasonably priced restaurants are close by. La Pergola was our favorite! The owners and their staff are always anxious to assure that everything is just perfect! You very quickly feel like one of the family! Thank you so much Joan and Dick for allowing us to share your home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Oct 1-May 31st---$900/week----$3300/month June 1-Sept30th $700/week--$2000/month We do not take reservations for less than 2 weeks however a week to 10 days could be possible if space allows Our rates are based on $150/night for 2/double occupancy with weekly and monthly savings -----for more than 2 months occupancy rates can be negotiable. Extra 1-2 people $25/night/or $100/week/$300/month Christmas Holiday season (Dec 18th-31st) weekly rate is $1100/week per 2 persons ----or $1200/week for 2 extra people

About the owner: My husband and I looked for many years and in many areas in Mexico before we discovered this little piece of paradise on the beach in Manzanillo.We purchased the property in 2007 and are presently completing the finishing touches to the penthouse where we are currently living. We spend 6 months here in Manzanillo and the other 6 months in Gibsons BC Canada where our home is presently a 60 ft sailboat .Between my husbands house building and my casual nursing shifts we try to find time to enjoy the beautiful coast waters of BC in our boat. Each year when it starts to get rainy and cold we are happy to escape to the warmer climate and our beautiful home in Mexico. We look forward to meeting new renters and interested buyers and assure you that when we are not here our helpful staff will always be here to assist you.
