  We just experienced the "Best Vacation" our family has had. We were trying to figure out ways to may our visit last forever. This home is the by far the best property that we have ever stayed in. We were able to have family come in from other states to join us and we still had room to spare. We enjoyed nothing more than the screened porch and pool. We had no reason to even leave the house, because we had everything we could dream of at our finger tips! We have already picked our dates for next year & the years to come!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We loved this wonderful home. Plenty of room for multiple families. The beach access is very convenient and a wonderful beach for bike rides, running, and play. Coligny Plaze is so close we could bike ride to dinner, stores, etc. We will definitely stay here again.

  We just came back from the “best beach vacation ever” as stated by our 9 year old daughter. This beach house has everything you could dream of for a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. The home itself was incredible, furnished with all the little touches that make you feel like you are being pampered at a fine resort. The owners thought of everything, from memory foam mattress toppers, flat panel TVs and WiFi. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and it is all in excellent condition. We especially liked all the outdoor spaces and balconies. (I enjoy sitting on the porch and enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning) Also a very nice touch is hot water in the outdoor shower. The location is also a great feature. It is located at the end of a quiet street directly across from the dune walkover, no more than 25 steps to the beach. We were there over Spring Break, but the beach around the house was not crowded at all. I highly recommend this property for those looking for a large, high end vacation home on Hilton Head Island close to everything in a quiet and tranquil location.

  We recently stayed at this property with another family. We had 4 adults, (4) 12 year old boys and (2) 9 yr old girls. It was absolutely perfect for all of us.The house is very clean and well kept, and beautifully decorated. The girls LOVED "their" green bedroom...they even wanted to eat lunch on their private balcony. :) The kitchen is stocked with more than enough cookware,glassware, utensils, serving pieces and small appliances. The refrigerator is larger than your average home refrigerator...great for all those groceries and beverages. The bedrooms are huge with plenty of closet space and private baths for each bedroom. The boys loved the pool while we enjoyed the comfortable screened-in porch (favorite feature for me).The kids all enjoyed the ping-pong table too. The storage area for beach supplies is great. There is also a shower there for everyone to rinse off after the beach...another great feature. LOVE the location! Just steps from the beach. HHI was packed with many tourists because of Spring Break, but because of the home's access to the private beach, we did not have to fight the crowds on the public beach. Major PLUS!!! I recommend renting bikes while you are there. The bike trails are safe, well-maintained and pleasant to ride on. It's so easy to hop on the bike and ride to Coligny Square and shop or have lunch...or get ice cream every evening, like the boys did. :) I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great vacation home in Hilton Head. It has EVERYTHING! Best place to stay on the island, by far!

  This home is extremely comfortable and is a true "Home away from home." It has exceeded all of our expectations. You can tell how much love, hardwork, and passion has been put into the property to make it remarkable. We will always cherish the memories made at this house.

  "We loved the screened in porch and awesome master bedroom. We had a blast at the beach and playing on the ping pong table. The kitchen was perfect for cooking big family dinners together. We will be back next year!"
