Lake Forest Condominiums offer the perfect get away for skiers, bikers, hikers, and those that just want to get away for a quiet vacation in the mountains. Our unit has over 1,100 square feet of living space with a beautiful ground level patio offering great views of Lake Dillon and the mountain range from every window in the condominium. The unit comes fully furnished with two bedrooms, two baths, and is beautifully decorated with oak furniture with your comfort in mind. We are conveniently located in Frisco, Colorado, minutes from Interstate 70, and right on the lake.
Located in the center of Summit County, Frisco is the year-round, central location for enjoying all the Rocky Mountains of Colorado have to offer. World Class Ski areas are just 10-30 minutes away including: Arapahoe Basin, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Keystone, Loveland, and Vail. Minutes away is the Frisco Nordic Center offering a variety of cross-county adventures on or near the lake. Bikers rejoice, trails abound everywhere in the summit, with the Dillon Lake trail right outside the patio. For you fat tire fans, the surrounding area is a mountain bike mecca with trails ranging from beginner to expert.
As for the Condo...the master bedroom has a queen bed (new), full private bath, night stand (new), sitting area, and clock radio. The second bedroom has a queen bed (new), and two twin beds, full bath, and clock radio. The dining and family room have a queen hideaway bed, two large recliners (new), TV, VCR, DVD, stereo with CD, and a gas-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The condo also has a washer and dryer, one car garage, and three well maintained outdoor hot tubs in the center of the complex overlooking Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountain Ranges.
