With three air conditioned bedrooms and an air conditioned living room this beach villa is comfortable any time of year. What could be more ideal for a great vacation than being on a beautiful tropical beach like Soliman Bay, in a dreamy villa, and all you have to do is chill out, or walk out on the sand, slap on some sun screen, tan a bit, and do a little snorkeling and kayaking?

On the lower level Casa Palmeras has an open floor plan with a glass wall on its beach side. The beach side patio is fully furnished, shady, and an outdoor grilling area is among the coconut palms for cookouts. Inside, the house's main living space has a L shaped couch, large coffee table surrounded by several chairs. Across from the living room is a dining area that seats six. Just behind it is a raised breakfast counter that separates the dining room from the fully equipped kitchen. All the accessories are provided by a dishwasher (actually the maid does dishes).

Up on the second level are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two queens. Both have a private bathroom and access to a furnished upper level terrace that looks toward the beach. A auxiliary double sleeper/couch on the second floor folds out and can sleep two kids (or an adult in a pinch).

Up a flight of stairs is the rooftop bedroom suite, very private, and it has a great panoramic view. This suite has has a king size bed, sitting area, ocean view and a jungle side private terrace for the sunset. This is a nice private bedroom, rather romantic with a palapa roof overhead, AC and private bathroom.

The swimming pool is on the beach side if the house and has a shade patio with dining table and chairs, and a wooden deck with has chaise lounges and other furnishings. A little closer to the beach is a built-in grill.

Out on the sand is a very nice tiled grill for cookouts. There is plenty of space to spread out since casa Palmeras is set back from the beach allowing plenty of space for the grill and relaxing at the edge of the beach. Out by the surf line are sling-back tanning chairs, chaise lounges, a thatched shade umbrella, three sea kayaks, and general bliss on Soliman Bay.

Great Home to stay in. Right in front of property school of sea turles. Everyone from other properties wanting to be there. The beach in front was cleaned every morning before we got up to start a new day. You never saw them cleaning the beach in front of the property but every morning it was super clean from the day before. Looking forward to staying there again !!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a wonderful experience staying here at the house. It was our first visit to the Tulum area and we couldn't have chosen a better time to come. The weather was spectacular for the entire visit. We will be back for another visit soon!

Thank you so much for letting us spend our vacation here in your beautiful house. It was paradise. The snorkeling was great. The first thing Melissa did was drop her bag and ran straight to the beach. The Mayan ruins in Tulum were amazing. It was great to have a guide to tell us about them. Thanks for everything. Thanks to Francisco and maria who took very good care of us.

Weather was hot, warm, rainy, sunny and cloudy all at the same time. Relaxed and relaxed and ate good food! Hidden worlds was great and recommend it. Bring really good insect repellant. Thanks, until next time!

This is a wonderful piece of paradise! Snorkeling at Yalku is amazing. The mosquitos are overwhelming this time of year, so be prepared. Massage/facial at Maya Spa were soothing.... The water is warm: the sounds of nature are intoxicating: the restaurants in the area provide endless explorations. It has been a fun yet relaxing time with good friends (the girls outing). It was great introducing them to Tulum ruins. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Thank you ever so much!

We had a great stay in your beautiful house/property - what a setting! The snorkeling was great - so many beautiful fish - feels like you're in a tropical fish tank. We had a great afternoon bird watching tour in Sian Kaan. Our guide Fernando was so knowledgeable. "Bird Island" is amazing with so many different species in one place. Maria's dinner was great. Don't miss at least one. A wonderful and peachful setting. Only sounds are birds (lots of sound) and the winds and waves.

We enjoyed another week at Casa Palmeras for Thanksgiving with no regrets. The new pool gave a great alternative to the beach. Definately recommend the beach at Tulum if your kids are looking for waves to play in. (beware there are topless bathers there if you find that offensive) We spent a day at Xelha opening it and closing it. A great way to spend the day. Make sure to see the manatees there. Very cool. Lots of bug bites to be had there. Also, they will give you biodegradable sunscreen, so wait to apply until you are there. Definately check out Sian Kaan. The restaurant has an amazing view. Saw a puffer fish in the bay very cool. The pizza in Muyil Leo's was fantastic. Maria is a great cook. Ask here to make dinner for you. Thanks again - we will be back!

End of the stay for our family here at the beautiful Casa Palmeras. Our kids enjoyed the casa and the beach and seeing Maria cooking. Snorkeling in the bay is awesome as long as you are not afraid of baracudas. The evening ocean breeze is great after a full day enjoying the sun. Neighbors can be noisy sometimes but the house is awesome.

Casa Palmeras is Paradise! No need to travel far from here because you've got the best right before your eyes. The snorkeling here is epic, rays, turtles, schools of fish, lobster, coral, so many different fish to see! Those who are good swimmers should feel secure to swim way out, the wate was clam and not deep. The best snorkeling was out by the 2nd buoy- we liked to tie the kayak up and hop out there. We checked out a couple of different bays and none compared to ours. Tulum has great restaurants. We went to 5 and all were good. Zamas was excellent and the live music kept us there late! Hint: Do not be in a hurry, all the service was slow! Thanks sooo much to Maria and the gang! What a wonderful family and so very very helpful. Thank you for a great time Casa Palmeras! God Bless!

Thank you so much for a very special week on the Riviera Maya. We especially enjoyed your beautiful Mexican style home with all the beautiful tiles, furniture and decorations, as well as your gorgous "jardin" leading to the beautiful beach. The staff was very attentative, especially Maria and her very cheerful personality and helpful manner. She prepared a most delicious Mexican meal (to include a fabulous flan), which by the way fed us for more than two whole meals. Excelente! We highly recommend a day at Xelha eco park for some great snorkeling, the dolphins, the food and drink (Mexico Lindo), etc. For a bite to eat try Casa Cenote on the beach and pizza and Italian food at Blue Sky. The beach beyond the ruins of Tulum was also fabulous. Muchas gracias por todo!
