Newly updated top floor end unit that is one of the best values at Indian Rocks Beach. The complex has just 15 units in two buildings with a heated pool, covered parking and steps away from the sandy beach.
Enjoy the airy Florida beach feel in the wide open living area or sit on the balcony for the breezes and sounds of the ocean. The master bedroom includes its own bath with shower, flat screen TV and walk in closet. The guest room has two twin beds. About the owner: We are a family of four from Tampa, Fl. We bought this condo in 2010 so we could enjoy the great west coast beaches more often. We've spent a lot of time updating the unit so we could enjoy our time there even more and we know you will too.
Why the Owner Chose Beachside Villas:
Indian Rocks is a little quieter than some of the surrounding areas, but also offers some great shopping, dining, and pubs. We think its a great blend of everything. We purchased this particular unit because we thought it was a perfect location. It doesn't have a great view of the beach, but that also allows us to rent it at a price that doesn't break your wallet. The pool is heated, the beach is 50 paces away. Enjoy!!!
