Carlos Pointe Beach Club Condo is located on the south end (the quiet end) of Ft. Myers Beach. Our wide, sandy beach features gentle waves which are ideal for swimming and boating, and the surf fishing is great! Golf and tennis are readily available, as are bike and jet-ski rentals, para-sailing, fishing charters, and even a museum for the history buffs. Within minutes of a trolley ride, which stops right in front of the condo, or short drive, you can be in Time Square. There you can enjoy street-side cafes, ice cream parlors, a fishing pier, playground, shops, and live music, all in a small town square with paved stone walkways. Up and down the island you'll find some of the finest seafood restaurants in southwest Florida. Back at our condo, you can splash around in the heated pool with the Gulf in view. Or you can play beach volleyball or horseshoes, or BBQ on our gas grills! Pictures are of typical condo.We have 20 beautiful condos, and pictures of each condo are available!!
Experience the beauty of nature as you hike and explore nearby Lover's Key, a protected island reserve located just a short trolley ride (or within walking distance) across the bridge.
The view from the lanai is spectacular, encompassing broad expanses of the beach, the swimming area below, Lover's Key, and schools of playful dolphins. And the gentle sounds of the waves are so relaxing.
The surf fishing is great, so bring your fishing gear!

This unit was directly on the beach and was very clean and comfortable. It was great waking up to the sound of the ocean every morning. In a very quiet, relaxing area yet very close to fun activities. Lover's Key State Park was just across the bay and was beautiful. Was also close to MN Twins training camp, manatee viewing sites, Sanibel and Captiva islands, and great restaurants such as Tim's Place and Smokin' Oyster Brewery. Went with my girlfriend, sister and parents and there was something for all of us. Very roomy for 5 people. Would recommend this place to friends and family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.
