The perfect beach-front condo for your Sanibel vacation. If you’re a cook, you’ll love the gourmet kitchen just remodeled with granite countertops and all new appliances. The cabinets are stocked with lots of tools for the serious chef. Even from the kitchen, you can look out to the ocean.
The guest bedroom sleeps three in a twin and a full bed. It adjoins its own bath with tub/shower. The dining room table seats six comfortably. The living room has an entertainment center with television and DVD player. The cabinets below are stocked with cards, books and puzzles. There is a pillow-top king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have cable TV as well as the living room. The living room and the master bedroom open to the screened lanai. The lanai affords an uninterrupted view of the lagoon and gulf.
Pointe Santo is a beautifully landscaped property centered around a peaceful lagoon on the Gulf of Mexico. The complex is family friendly with an extensive supervised children’s program. Our stay at this condo couldn't have been better. The interior is is impecably maintained, totally comfortable and completely up to date with a kitchen that was beautifully redone ninety days ago. It has a glorious view looking straight out to the Gulf of Mexico. The complex itself is well maintained with special landscaping that has a lagoon that is home to turtles, a swimming pool with water activities and two tennis courts along with an elevator for easy second floor access. The central location is perfect offering convenient shopping and easy access to Captiva or off island. We were totally satisfied and can't wait to go back.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.
