  We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It was clean, quiet and close to the entertainment district as well as Fort Worth. We had a problem with the tv satellite when we arrived but we contacted Jude and she took care of it right away. Definitely a great place to stay if you're visiting Arlington.

  We stayed in Jude's house for a wedding in Texas. The house is in a good location, close to a local park on a corner lot. The house was well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

  This was the perfect vacation home for my family! Plenty of room for my wife, father, two small children, and myself. The day bed was perfect for our kids! Even after my five year old locked us all outside as he ran out to see what we were doing, the owner quickly helped saved our day by getting us back in the house in short order. We would stay here again!

  This was my first experience with a vacation home and I was very nervous... I rented the space for family to stay during my college graduation and it was a wonderful space with tons of room. The home is very well taken care of and everything you need is provided for you. Jude was a pleasure to work with....Next year masters degree Ill be contact her again...Thanks again for making this experience for me and my family fantastic!!

  This house is perfect for the price! It is located close to the stadiums, airport and down town Dallas. We had a group of us stay there (visiting from seattle) and it was very convenient as we went to the Dallas stars hockey game and the Seahawks / Cowboys game! I would highly recommend the house and the owner as she was very easy to deal with, did exactly what she said she would and was very prompt.

  We really enjoyed our stay at your rental house in Arlington. The house was nice, clean, in a nice neighborhood, and equipped with everything. It was close to all the attractions we went to (Six Flags Over Tx, Hurricane Harbor and the malls). We enjoyed being able to stay together in one place. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we would like to stay there whenever we go back to Arlington.

  I just wanted to thank you for allowing us the use of your home. It has been great having a place where 'us girls' could hang out and spend some quality time together. Your home is wonderful, having everything we need. We had a great day wedding dress shopping and it was so nice knowing we had a house to come back to. If the wedding takes place in Dallas we may contact you about renting your home.

  We had a last minute travel plan that brought us to Arlington. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 children, and this house accommodated our needs completely. Well stocked kitchen, and fresh coffee beans to start our day off. Upon our arrival, there was a bottle of wine and chocolates. There was also cookie dough in the refrigerator for our teenagers to bake. The house is tastefully decorated, and is brand new. What a bargain. We highly recommend this house, and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future.

Fees:

• Cleaning: $100
• Pet Fee: $100
• Refundable Damage Deposit: $300
• Tax Rate 7%

Cancellation policy:

Check in time is 3pm, check out time is 10 am. Property comes as is, equipped with bed linens, towels, basic kitchenware, basic utensils, Nothing further will be supplied. The following is further mutually agreed between the two parties, Tenants/Guests and Owner: 1. There is no smoking inside the premise. Damage fee of $250.00 will be taken out of the deposit. 2. The Owner is not responsible for any injuries to Tenants/Guests or damage/loss to their personal property. 3. Utilities are included in rate. 4. There is no telephone land line for the property (please ensure that you bring your cellular telephone if you require phone access). 5. No cleaning service is provided throughout your stay. 6. Excessive cleaning due to abnormal wear and tear will be deducted from the damage deposit if necessary. Providing a damage deposit does not waive the renter of fiscal responsibility for damages which exceed the deposit amount. 7. Should any problems occur throughout the stay, the Tenants/Guests are requested to call me at 817-914-2592 for assistance, or neighbor to right (Peter). 8. Should the property reserved become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Owner’s control, they will do their best to place you in a comparable accommodation, or will return the Tenant’s money in full for the unavailable days. 9. The tenants shall not alter the decor in any way (i.e no painting of walls, removal of furniture, artwork, plants, etc). 10. The Tenants/Guests will not cause or allow any undue noise. Upon registration of a complaint to the police department, the Owner will automatically have the right to provide notice to vacate without legal recourse. 11. Parties are not permitted. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction of the Tenants/Guests. 12. The Tenants/Guests will not violate any housing regulations dictating acceptable behavior. 13. Standard vehicles must be parked in provided space. No trailers or campers permitted. 14. If I allow pets, please pick up after your pet prior to your departure

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
