This is a private community where biking and walking are the norm. The den serves as a third bedroom, with spacious trundle bed, bureau and privacy. Cheerful lanai has a pull-out single bed. The main bathroom has bath tub with shower. The second full bath is a newer addition, located in the rear part of the garage w/ outdoor access and very handy to the main living areas. Yard is well maintained with sprinkler system and has fenced rear yard. There is abundant parking in circle drive and garage driveway. The #1 beach in the world (2009), Caladesi State Park - is one of the short beach walks from this neighborhood.
Clearwater Beach activities are within a 5 minute drive or comfortable bike ride. Historic Dunedin offers arts and craft stores and a Dunedin Fine Arts Center is a very active community resource. Top rated hospitals are within 10 minutes, in case of emergency. Grocery and postal services within 5 minute drive.
Public golf courses welcome guests year round for reasonable prices. There are 3 within 15 minutes.

Perfect for our family. The baby loved the beach. This cottage is very private and clean and cheerful. Our son had never been on carpet before and he loved how soft it was.
