  What an absolutely, fabulous stay we had at The Trump this past weekend! Perfect location between shopping, restaurants, plays & museums! Walked everywhere except to & from the airport! (Well, except for that late night sprint in a cab to Garrett's Popcorn before they closed) I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for an ultra-luxe address in Chicago~You will not be disappointed! We ate in the hotel restaurant twice, went to the spa and also used the salon for a new fabulous style! These are not to be missed~with 1st Class amenities, Thank you, Andrew so much for your prompt and courteous service. We loved your place and look forward to visiting again! Thank you as well for your phone call to check to see that we were comfortable and check-in went smoothly. You are a truly gracious host!

  This is a great deal on a great facility. In my opinion, the Trump is the best hotel in the City. Great location, great facilities (including family friendly spa/pool) and great service. There was no difference between booking directly with the Trump or with this Owner -- other than, of course, the cost savings of going through VRBO. You check in at the front desk just like all those guests that paid to book directly through the Trump. I have booked several times with this Owner and he is very attentive. There is no reason to book through the Trump if you can get it cheaper here.

  Studio was beautifully decorated with large windows and spacious bathroom. Room is on a quiet hall. Trump amenities were top notch (spa, workout facility, pool). Owner was easy to work with. Highly recommend. Great location!

  Very comfortable room but service at Trump Tower was not what what we would expect. On day of arrival problems with phone and toilet. Next day when we returned late in the afternoon room was not made up and we wasted an hour in the lobby until room was finished.

  Owner response: Richard, I am so sorry about your experience. I referred this back to Trump. I am under the impression that they are contacting you to make good on this. Honestly, this is the first time that I haven't gotten a perfect feedback.

  This was my first VRBO rental and I can't say enough good things about it. We payed for the rental far in advance which made me nervous. However, we called the Trump several days before our arrival and they were expecting us and had verything ready. There is a small grocery store in the building next door to get anything you need for the fridge and pantry. The location can't be beat. We visited friends from whjen we lived in Chicago and the patio bar on the 16th floor was the perfect spot to meet before walking to all the things we wanted to see and do. The owner called me on the second day to make sure I was satisfied and answer any questions. The unit is exactly as pictured and the service from the Trump is better than described. The business center is on the same floor with free access to a mac and windows computer with a dedicated printer attached. We are already planning our next trip to Chicago and will plan it when this unit is available.

  It was a wonderul experience from arrival to departure. Everyone was so very attentive & friendly. Great location and a beautiful property. Would definitely to a return trip.

  Service was impeccable! We enjoyed nightly turn-down service. Additionally, the staff came separately every evening to make up the sofa bed! After the first cold night, I asked them to make up the sofa bed as though it was a regular bed, i.e., with the warm down duvet, and they remembered my request every night without me ever having to ask twice! The staff must be required to memorize names and faces because they seemed to know me by name whenever I passed by. The doormen were also very friendly and offered travel information when asked. A lovely trip for three ladies!

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. The view was great, the location and service was superior and we have stayed at many 5 star hotels around the world. Any request we made was responded to within minutes. I just can't say enough about this unit and, Andrew was great to work with. He even called while we were there to make sure that everything was up to our expectations. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends traveling to Chicago.

  There is nothing else in the city that offers this level of quality in my opinion. The service is first class, the building is an engineering marvel, the room is comfortable, relaxing, and elegant. I really enjoyed the floor to ceilings windows, a great view of the city. The pool and health club are a great value add when staying at this hotel. Andrew is very professional and check in / out is very easy.
