  This Property is Amazing! Better then the pictures listed!! We couldn't have asked for a better vacation home to spend with our family and friends over Spring Break!! The 6 bedroom home is spaced out perfectly and everything we needed was provided! The beach is just a couple of steps away, so the kids where able to come and go as they pleased! Location is safe and friendly with tons for teenagers to do. We even rented a 6 seater golf cart so the kids could ride down to the pier and hang out with friends. Kitchen is nice and open to livingroom which was a plus for our group! The husbands enjoyed sitting around the grill, cooking up lunch.....another bonus! The private pool and hot tub are perfect, just wished it would have been warm enough to jump in!!!! Definitely will plan another vacation in the future at "Kickenback". Thank you Lynn for making this trip Wonderful!! You are Awesome!! The Brinsons

  Sixteen of us shared the house & there was plenty of space. The pictures don't do the property justice - it was very clean & we LOVED that the beds were made & waiting for us after a full day's travel. The beach access was half a block away which made it super easy to go to/from the beach several times a day. Grocery stores are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was super quiet & traffic was minimal. Would definitely consider staying again & would definitely recommend to others. Surfside Beach is clean & we couldn't have asked for better weather.

  We had a wonderful time at Kickenback!!! We rented it for a family vacation and had a total of 15 people, 8 adults and 7 children. There was plenty of room and the walk to the beach was just a couple of minutes. The house was clean and very comfortable. We had a couple of minor problems but Bill and Lynn quickly resolved any issue we had. The owners are EXTREMELY sweet and easy to deal with.

  My wife and I hosted her children and mine plus our grandkids, a total of 8 adults and 4 children, for a week at the beach. We all loved the house, the location and the beach. I can't say enough good about our experience at this property. It's a very short walk to the beach, is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach, but close to things too. There is a good little beach bar/restaurant just a short walk down the beach. The house is definitely as advertised, in fact my step-son's wife stated that it is actually better than it looks in the web-site photos! There were a couple of minor problems that, owner, Bill took care of unbelievably fast. When I say minor problems, they could have been major if not for Bill being right on top of things. The grandkids loved the pool and all loved the hottub. All-in-all I would highly recommend the property to anyone needing lots of room, close proximity to the beach and worry-free lodging.

  My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at "KickenBack". The property was well-maintained and the home had more than enough room for my family of 15. Everything about the home was exactly as it was presented in the listing photos and having easy access to the beach made my morning walks so enjoyable. This location was perfect for easy access to shopping, and the young adults in my family enjoyed being close to amusement parks and downtown Myrtle Beach. The owner's were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be coming back. Thank-you Bill and Lynn for a wonderful vacation!

  We loved this home and it's great proximity to the beach. We rented the house to accomodate us and our immediate family for our beach wedding. It was perfect! We had 15 people, but it never felt crowded at all. The house has all the amenities you could possibly want. Nice sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The front master has a private deck with a view of the ocean that will have you spending every morning there. We had a very brief issue with the air conditioner, but the owners were quick to resolve that issue and went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied and had a wonderful experience in their home. We would rent this property again without hesitation! Hopefully, next summer!

  This house is beautiful and exactly how the owners described it. It is spacious enough for large groups yet cozy at the same time. All linens were there as promised and the house was very clean. It is only steps from the beach and close to everything else. Lynn (the owner) was very easy to deal with and always maintained contact whenever I needed anything. I would recommend this house to large families or groups as there is more than enough space for everyone. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you can think of. If you need something to cook with/in/on, they have it. There is nothing to complain about here and we will definitely rent again when in the area. Thanks Lynn, for a great vacation home.

  This was an excellent rental property and it was everything advertised and more. The home was ready for our arrival with the beds made and everything was spotless. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer for our stay. I would recommend this rental and we look forward to our next vacation at this home again.

  This is a great beach house! It's immaculate, roomy, beautifully decorated, very close to the beach, and super cozy and comfortable. It almost made us hope for a rainy day so we could spend time inside this beautiful home. It's got all the comforts of home with space for group activities as well as space to get away from the crowd to read a good book. The beach is great - not crowded at all while we were there. Surfside is a wonderful family beach with close proximity to all the activities at Myrtle Beach. It was a great few days for us at the beach!

  We were there for spring break. I was pleasantly surprised at the weather. Home was spacious enough for our party of 12. Had an issue when we first arrived, but Bill and Lynn responded quickly. The home's amenities were great. Would definitely recommend this property as well as stay here again.
