Resort Style living in Spanish Wells. The beautiful home resides in a gated and guarded community,only three miles from the beach. Located on the golf course, this beautifully landscaped property has 2500 square feet of indoor living space, plus 2800 square feet outdoor living space, you can spend the whole vacation never leaving the property. But if you do, everything is close by. Take a drive to the beach which is just 3 minutes away and one of the most scenic drives through Lovers Key State Park up through Ft Myers Beach and to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. 15 minutes to Old Naples and 15 minutes to Ft. Myers with fantastic shopping and dining all along the way in either direction . The convienient shopping and upscale restaurants are outside the community entrance, making this the perfect seasonal or year round vacation home.
The living and dining areas are beautifully modern furnished, and open onto the magnificently landscaped lanai with winter heated pool. There is a TV with home theatre in living area and TV in the master bedroom, with DVD and VCR connected to Cable. Cable modem for high-speed wireless Internet access and a fax, printer, and copier are available. A 50 CD changer provides music entertainment at your taste.
Palm trees and flowers surround lanai and pool with it`s dome screen. Living room, Dining room, Master bath and -bedroom are custom Italian tiled. The dining room table inside provides seating for 6-8, plus the dining table outside for an additional 6-8 seats. There is a counter bar in the Kitchen with more stools. A south porch makes you enjoy a sunny breakfast (seating 4).
The Master bathroom suite has a walk-in closet, private bath with oversized shower. Two guest bedrooms, one with a queen and the other with Sleeper share a bath, with tub and shower. All linens and towels are provided, with a washer and dryer on-site. Well-equipped custom kitchen with Microwave, Dishwasher and outdoor Weber gas grill for the ultimate barbeque experience inside lanai provide everything needed for dining entertainment, together with ample counter seating in the kitchen, formal dining inside and informal outside in the lanai.
We also provide beach chairs, and a bike.
Pets are more than welcome.
Country Club Style living, new updated huge Golf Club House.
The golf course is an excellent 27-hole facility. You can play a different 18 holes each day, par 72 and 7000 yards from the tips. This is a private golf course, not open to the public, but arangements for Golf and Tennis can be madewith the facility manager for the use of driving range, Golf Course,chipping, putting, Tennis and Restaurant.
Temporarely memberships upon arrangement with Club. Guests are welcome. May to October, play at 60 area courses. Enjoy the 23,000 square foot clubhouse in the evening for dinner or just visit the pub. Tennis courts and a 24-hour gym are available for your use after making arrangements.
