Apartment is a two bedroom, one bath unit with a porch and amazing panoramic view of Block Island, Great Salt Pond (New Harbor) and the ocean. You can see the mainland on a clear day! Baby beach is just three blocks away. Restaurants, town shops and ferry are within walking distance. The apartment is equipped with fridge, stove, pots, pans, dishes etc. Linens are available for a fee. This unit includes one assigned parking space, shared laundry, outside shower and charcoal grill. Shared gas grill is also available. One bedroom has a queen bed with ocean view and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. This unit sleeps a maximum of 5 people. It is rented by the week from Saturday to Saturday from June - August. Nightly rentals are available May, September and October. Additional apartments are nearby and overnight guest accomodations are available at the Barrington Inn next door.

About the owner: I love Block Island and being an innkeeper. I manage our three properties full time six months of the year on Block Isand and live in CT during the winter. I have two daughters, three grandchildren and two step sons. I grew up in CT. I love to travel, bake, listen to music. visit with friends and spend time with my family. I have an outside cat named Mickey who lives at the Barrington. He loves to greet the guests and is very much a social butterfly. He adopted me when we purchased the Barrington Inn and has been here ever since. Dont worry, he has a heated cat house and is taken care of by a friend when i am not here. Come visit us on Block Island, once you stay here, you will definitely want to come back. Block Island is beatiful!
