The 'Sea Chelle' is a large 2 bedroom End-Unit Townhome, with two full baths, soaring 20 foot ceilings, and great open-water views. It’s just been completely 100% remodeled with everything new, and beautifully decorated.
The fully equipped kitchen and open dining area invites gourmet chefs or ‘comfort food cookin’. The wine bar with 100 bottle Wine and Beverage cooler assures no thirst is un-quenched. Memories of relaxing on the deck with Margaritas or telling fish tales around the fire-pit will linger for years.
In addition to the open water setting, there is secure dockage for boats (up to about 25’), with the fabulous fishing and lobstering areas of the Back-Bay just minutes away. And….the locals favorite ‘sand bar’ at Snipes Key very close-by as well. Canoe is provided for back-country adventures. And jumping in the perfectly clean 25’ deep water at the point is a favorite pastime (water toys provided too).
Perfect for families with up to 2 children, OR two couples vacationing together, the split-plan layout provides each bedroom privacy. The Master suite is waterfront, with King Bed, granite top vanity and large walk-in closet. The Second Bedroom, on the opposite side of the home, provides a split-king bed configuration. Depending upon tenants wishes, the beds can be made up as two extra-long twins, or joined securely together as a King Bed. Both rooms have private flat screen TV. The entire home has wireless internet.

Why the Owner Chose Big Coppitt KeyThis house is so great because I can be in Key West for errands or nightlife in less than 10 minutes, but can relax on the water with total privacy (which can't be found in 'town').
The Unique Benefits at this TownhomeI'm thrilled with the brand new re-model! Everything from roof to floors, new kitchen, etc! Decorating is great fun and I have been influenced by some of my favorite areas, such as the French Riviera and South-Beach Miami. I love being able to just pop out to the deck and grab a few rays, any time. And the full moon rising over the water is so inspiring!

This was a perfect place to stay for us and our teenage children. The townhome was clean and well taken care of. We had all the amenities of home, it was very comfortable and well furnished. The property owner was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to this area. Wish we could have stayed longer.....
Recommended for:Families with young children, romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

Couldn't imagine a nicer place to stay. The townhome is immaculate and very well appointed. There wasn't anything left wanting. The owner is lovely, helpful and accommodating. I just wish we could have stayed longer.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
