White Caps Inn is a beautifully decorated large 5 bedroom 3.5 bath beach house that is perfect for one large family or for two families to share. The main master bedroom, with a king bed and private bath, is on the second floor. The first floor bedroom also has a king bed and private bath and serves as a second master suite. One of the other guest bedrooms also has a king bed and the other guest room has two twin beds. The bunk room is on the second floor and is perfect for two children. It has a door and window and is a true bedroom. We also have a twin bed sleeper ottoman in the third floor tower room and a new queen sofa sleeper in the first floor living room. The house sleeps up to 13 (Max 10 adults) comfortably and there is plenty of room in the first floor living space with two separate living room arrangements, a dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar. It truly is an ideal vacation home.
Carillon Beach is a private gated community on the west end of Panama City Beach. We are bound by the Gulf of Mexico to the south, Lake Powell to the west and Highway 98 to the north. It is a perfect location and atmosphere for a quite relaxing family vacation. One block to the south is the dune walkover to the beach. One block in the other direction is the west side Carillon community pool. Our guests have the choice of the beach, our private pool, or one of the three community pools. One of the community pools is heated, which is great for those who like to swim in the early spring and late fall months. For those who prefer the beach, you will be pleased to know that we include beach chair rentals for two between March 1 and September 30.
There are two grocery stores within a one minute drive of the Carillon gate. For those who enjoy shopping, Pier Park is 7 miles to the east in the heart of Panama City Beach and Silver Sands Outlet Mall is 25 miles to the west in the Sandestin area. For the golfing enthusiasts, Camp Creek golf course is just a few miles west, just on the other side of Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. There are also 5 golf courses in the Panama City Beach area within a 25 minute drive. For those who like to mix physical exercise with their vacation, the famous Highway 30-A bike/jogging path starts just on the other side of Lake Powell in Rosemary Beach. Bike rentals are available nearby and several of the vendors will deliver the bikes.

We visited White Caps Inn in April. The home was conveniently located near the airport and made it easy for us to travel there for a long weekend. The home is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and sitting on the front porch. We had beach chairs waiting for us each day on the wonderful white sand beaches. The neighborhood is quaint and has a great vibe. There are great restaurants close by that we also took advantage of. We will definitely go back to White Caps Inn in the future and take friends and family with us since this home is so spacious!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay at White Caps Inn. It comfortably slept 12 adults and left plenty of room for entertaining in common spaces. We could not use the pool as it was too cold outside, but the house is conveniently located between the heated outdoor pool (approx one minute walk), nonheated outdoor pool (approx 10 mins), and the beach (approx 2 minutes). I want to go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway.

If you are looking for a beautiful, warm and friendly place to vacation with family and/or friends, this is the perfect house! This house has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourselves. There is a very short walk to an amazing beach where we searched for beautiful shells! The pool in the back yard is such a bonus. While on a walk, we noticed all the beautiful community pools and tennis courts in easy to get to places. I only wish I had known about this place sooner!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

A spacious home that is perfect inside and out! We relaxed in the family room, by the pool, in our spacious bedrooms, on the balconies... and the minute-long walk to the private beach was easy in this wonderful, sidewalk-lined neighborhood. We weren't bothered by anyone, but everyone we encountered was super friendly. We had an amazing time and highly recommend this house in particular -- it was the best place we've ever stayed in the area, and more affordable than Seaside/Rosemary just a few developments away. It's just right in the middle of everything, and the amenities within the development are top-notch. This was a couples trip, but we look forward to bringing our kids to this house next time!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house was amazing. Everything was perfect for our stay! We had such an incredible time in this home for our wedding weekend. The pictures do not do this house justice. This is the perfect home for a large family vacation. The pool was amazing and very clean. This house slept 10 of us with much room to spare. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay In carillon. We plan on returning in the future!! Gorgeous beach house in a gorgeous location! Eight of us stayed for an extended weekend, and the house easily could have accommodated more of us. We brought in fresh fish, scallops, and shrimp from a nearby seafood market to prepare in the gourmet kitchen, walked the beautiful community and beach daily, lounged in the backyard pool as well as the two community pools, and made plans to come back as often as possible! We mainly stayed in the community, but there are restaurants and shopping nearby. You can tell this beach house is lovingly cared for and packed with amenities to make your stay memorable. Enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the front porch, where you can hear the lovely ringing of the bells in the central bell tower. Just beautiful, inside and out!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Came here for a long girls' weekend to celebrate a friend's birthday. Everything about this house was fabulous!!! It is even prettier in person. The kitchen is great -- we cooked a lot and there was plenty of room to hang out while some of the girls cooked and the rest watched and drank wine -- we were all together and did not miss out on any of the fun conversation!! It is such a lovely community. Each day we took longs walks around the neighborhood and on the beach. The location to the beach is very close but having a pool right out the back door was great as well. I will definately come back!! I give this lovely home five stars!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place....The home had a great kitchen and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. What a great stay we had at the "White Caps Inn". The house was absolutely perfect. We were only four, but with the available bedding and size of the house, it could easily accomodate 12. The house also has everything and more to make it both inviting and functional. It has a gourmet kitchen, two large seating areas, a pool area and my personal favorite, a large front porch. The neighborhood and beaches are both beautiful and pristine. If one wanted, there would be no need to get in a car. There are restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. However, if one wants to venture out, there are great restaurants and shopping in several beach communities in the surrounding area. We will be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a family from the St. Louis, Missouri area. We had been vacationing in the Panama City Beach/30A area for years and fell in love with Carillon Beach. We liked it so much we bought White Caps Inn beach house so that we can enjoy the area much more often. Three of my siblings have also purchased homes in Carillon Beach. We hope to welcome you as our guests and trust you will enjoy the home as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Carillon Beach:
We were sold on the five bedrooms and private pool. The house is also just a one to two minute walk to the beach; the heated community pool, which we love in the cooler months; and the community tennis courts. Our kids love to play tennis while on vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
There are very few houses with five or more bedrooms and a private pool just a block from the beach. We have a piece of paradise here and absolutely love it!
