    Our stay was great! Pool water was nice and warm, house was beautifully decorated. The game room had a nice surprise of all kinds of baby gear, including a double stroller. Club pool had a waterslide and zero entrance for little ones. Location was perfect for us: 5 minutes away from restaurants, Target, Walgreens, highways, Disney and Epcot. Definitely will rent again. HOPE TO SEE IN LESS THEN FIVE YEARS!!!

    We had already been to Windsor Hills before but at this time it was all perfect! The condo is bigger, with all the trees already grown, very beautiful. And this owner has some units there. We had the luck to be in one of them. Luck because since the begining everything was right. The house was very clean, the kitchen is complete with the bakeware and tableware, the dishwasher works perfectly, the same occurs with laundry, air conditioning and pool heater. The pool was the prefered play for the kids and garage came in sequence, with game tables in perfect condition. Bedrooms are very beautiful with great beds and confortable matresses. We didn't used but we could count on a huge barbecue grill if we wanted. The same happened with strollers, cribs, car seats and highchair that we didn't use but they were there. The manager is a very nice person and helped us to have a housekeeping and solve some questions that we had for Christmas Eve. We're sure we're gonna come back very soon. Maybe to stay in another unit, with the garden view, a very special view for a flat city like Orlando.

    My family and I had the most wonderful vacation in Orlando. Your home was the perfect place for us and made our vacation even better. My family could only say: Awwwwwh and Oooooooh when they walked in. The rooms had plenty room and the house is very well kept and most of all very clean and everything is in place. There was nothing we needed, because it had everything you needed to make your stay like home.The children as well as the adults enjoyed the large private pool area as we relaxed out there day and night. The price was great and I would recommend this home to anyone interested in vacationing in Orlando and looking for a home away from home. I must say, I will never forget this week and anytime I come to Orlando, I would love to stay in your home again. Thank you for making our stay a week to remember.

    Great experience renting and staying in this house! This is our second stay in this home this year. The home is beautiful and clean. Moreover it is situated in an outstanding community perfect for children. It was less than 15 minutes to Universal and even less to Disney. Home owners and the property management company were very responsive and cooperative; we got the refund of security deposit in three days of checkout. I highly recommend this home!

    The house and rooms are EXACTLY as pictured. Was really nice to spread out after a long day in the parks. Our older kids (15-22) enjoyed having the deep pool at the house to relax in each day. One of the blow dryers went caput...but was replaced by maintenance the next day. This location is the PERFECT distance to ALL parks and activities, yet it is also tucked away in its own community. The owners (Kathy & Peter) did a great job in their communications and working with us on our early arrival. The directions from the airport need a little updating as the toll amounts listed have all increased. I would also recommend packing laundry detergent to bring since you are asked to help by cleaning the towels before departing. Or, the owners should provide detergent if they are asking for this help. Lastly, the front door lock is a little tricky and does not function as is listed in the directions (there is no "lock picture" button to push). The lock has to be lined up exactly with the door jam to function properly. I would definitely recommend this property to others! Becky Vetter, Michigan

    This home has it all! Everything from extra towels to plenty of flatware was at our fingertips!They leave no stone unturned.The home is actually more beautiful than the pictures!We will love to stay in this home again in the future! The community has everything as well! It is very close to Disney and is not far from Universal and all of the other local attractions!Thanks for making our family vacation one of the most memorable ever! Sam Ellenwood,Georgia

    Although the home was very nice and exactly as pictured, the home has a significant problem with roaches. Upon our arrival at 1am, we noticed baby roaches scurrying all over the kitchen. The next day, we found baby roaches in the bottom of the coffee pot and later saw bigger roaches throughout the kitchen. Although the management company was responsive and sent pest control several times during our visit, we continued to kill many roaches every day. We were forced to leave all food that couldn't be refrigerated in our cars and to eat meals outside. Also, the game room/garage had a very strong odor and was very dirty when we arrived. We have stayed in Windsor Hills and many other vacation rentals before and have never experienced this type of problem. Windsor Hills is a great resort with a wonderful pool, park and community center.

    Owner response: We are sorry to hear that you found cockroaches in the house. We are proactive in our approach to maintaining a pest free environment and have our homes sprayed every month but unfortunately from time to time bugs can appear and cockroaches and other pests are common in florida due to the tropical climate. Pest Control sprayed the house on several occasions and we sought an opinion of a second pest control company and they both stated that there is not a cockroach infestation in this house. The guests before you and the guests that stayed after you have not complained about this problem so its difficult for us to fix a problem when pest control and other guests are telling us there isnt one. As i said you will see cockroaches around and palmetto bugs, larger than cockroaches but they tend to live outside, it was heavy raining whilst you were here and i can only assume that the bugs were looking for somewhere to dry off and entered the house. I hope this doesnt put you off returning to Windsor hills again in the future. All the best.

    My family stayed at this villa May 1-5, 2012. What a beautiful place! We loved it. I traveled with my 6 children (5 boys/one girl) ages from 27-8. We also traveled with my mom. The house was very fitting for her as the master guest room was downstairs. All the other bedrooms were upstairs. The villa had everything we could wish and more! The kitchen was fully stocked. The beds were 5 star hotel quality. I have never slept so well! I am going to find this bed when I go home! The children spent many hours in the pool. The resort had a lot of amenities. They loved going to the movies at the clubhouse. The clubhouse had an excellent pool that they enjoyed also. We went to Universal, which is a short drive away. The management staff was very friendly and helped us with the Jacuzzi, as it needed the filter to be replaced. Thanks for such a wonderful home. It really made our vacation special. We would surely come back again and recommend your vacation home to our friends. Kathy was a lovely person to speak with and very helpful with booking our accommodations. Thanks again!

    We stayed 7 days in this beautiful home and I have to admit, we a so dreading to leave. The pictures don't do this home any justice. The decor and furniture are lovely and inviting. The pool was awesome, my son loved it. Kathy and Peter are such gracious hosts, very easy to work with and communication was excellent. They have a super property management team that is ready to answer any questions or assist with any problems. The game room was my son's favorite room. Everyone was comfortable because every room had their own tv which was a must with our family. We are planning to spend New Years here. Will be contacting Kathy and Peter very soon.

    The home was great! We had a party of 11 and never felt crowded. Kids loved the theme rooms, the playground nearby and the large community pool with the big waterslide. Very close to a number of places to eat, shop and 5-10 minutes to Disney Parks and part of a very secure complex. The owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay at the house again.

    Our family stayed at Kathy's Windsor Hills home for 5 weeks in January and we LOVED it! Kathy was excellent to deal with, very quick to respond, very accommodating and very professional. The house and pool were excellent. We payed extra for pool heat and the pool was amazing, we used it every single day. The layout of the house is perfect, lots of space to spread out and it has everything you could possibly need on vacation. The location is great, as it's a 5 min drive to Disneyworld, and very close to all the restaurants and grocery stores on the 192. I think we went to Target everyday! We have already recommended this house to friends and will definitely stay here on our next trip to Orlando! You won't be disappointed.

    Every year for 10 years we have come to Orlando for 10 days with out entire family, for vacation. This year was special and the the house was a great part of it. The house was everything we could have wanted and the pool and garage play area was awsome for the grand children and our younger boys of 20 and 21 years old. We love the Wndsor hills location and this was our 4th different house in this area and was by far the best. Thanks Kathy for working with us and for you very fine house.     My Wife and I and now my wife and Family have Traveled to this area for over 25 years. Always staying at a different place.- No Longer when we return we will stay here , no doubt! I cosider myself a Travel professioal and have traveled all over the world and even worked in the travel industry for many many years, as well as manage million dollar vacation rentals on the Island of Maui. The key to being in this area is Location, Location Location , just like in Real Estate. Everything is nearby and extremely easy to get to yet the property has a very quiet enjoyable Homelike atmoshpere. Home has everything you will need! Pool and spa are fantastic , game room is fully stocked and each room is uniquely themed decorated. THe community is a Huge Plus - the grounds are manicured , great Tennis courts [2] , Basketball [ full court plus ] and putting greens!! The club house is fantastic my wife and son walked to it everyday! before and /or after visiting the parks. THe owners are great people and want you to be happy with your stay ! Finding a home like this when you are searching online can be a bit nerve racking and unsettling but rest assure if you have found this house and confirm it - You have just hit a HOMERUN - congratulations your family will love you!     This was a home away from home. It was a great place to stay. We had the best time every in Florida. We stayed with ten people and ther was plenty of room for all and lots at the house to do. Loads of great family fun to be had in the game room and pool. Thank you guys so much for letting us stay, it was great.

    this house is wonderful. It is so close to Disney. Always stayed in the parks before, but not anymore. It was so convenient to everything. We had ages ranging from 3years to 65 plus. The kids loved the lanai with the heated pool. Everyday after a long day at Disney, all they wanted to do was swim in the pool.. Having the kid gate around the pool made the stay very peaceful. The kitchen was great. It was equipment with everything we needed for all 14 of us. The beds were very comfortable, and spacious. The princess Disney bed was a little squeaky. The furniture was very comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room. Needed to have a few things fixed, but got a response immediately regarding any problems. Plenty of space to feed all of us. Would definitely stay here again. Kathy and Peter were very easy to work with. Always received a response quickly and very polite. The house had every accommodation you could ask for. The neighborhood is great also. Very peaceful place to stay!

    House was great! Loved that it was clean and nicely decorated. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunks! House had plenty of bath and pool towels for all 13 of us, ages 3 to 65!! The pool was cold and the grill was dirty when we arrived, but we contacted the management and had a warm pool, clean grill, and new grill tools in 2 days. Also, they refunded us part of the pool heat. We really appreciated that especially since we did not even ask for a refund! Kathy and Peter(listing agent) were very quick to respond to any questions and very courteous too. Mario (local mngmt) did not speak good English but once we got his email we were able to communicate with him very well. He even helped my husband get on the wireless internet with his well secured work laptop. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your clean, well decorated, and kindly managed property!!

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

Because of recent change in ownership and property management company, there were unexpected minor issues. However, as you indicated, we responded promptly and resolved them quickly. The villa’s owner, booking agent and property management crew will continue working diligently to make it the best of the best villas in Windsor Hills.
